Encountered the same lady twice when i went to the store.Lady was extremely rude and whenever asked upon, she replied with a high-toned voice.Earlier on, she was mopping the floor outside the store and we can clearly see that she was mopping,but the way she told us about it was rude and told us to wait until the floor was dry.Afterwards she continued mopping the floor all the way till the other side of the store.She showed her unsatisfied face upon us paying our items without providing any cutlery. Please do something about it as it’s unsatisfactory to be attended by a staff this way.

Lady that is working night shift today has attitude problem…wasn’t allowed to walk into the store as she was mopping the floor, ok understand that she doesn’t want us to leave any marks on the floor.
When we wanted to pay, arms folded like she owned the store, no thank you or no plastic/cutlery given 🙁 pls improve…..

Boss of this outlet teaches staff to not accept coins because ‘Time is Money’, they’ve got no time for customers to count and make sure they have the right amount of coins. Well boss, coin is money too. If you don’t want to accept coins because you have no time, maybe you can close you shop and have a digital business instead.

The services is getting sheetier and sheetier.. im not sure why.. their attitude is not from this world. Very rude not trainee today. I experience buying a popular promotion 8.4% alcohol. Misleading promotion the 2nd time. Left this outlet today very dissatisfied. Please train your trainee and your perm staff your with clear label tag promotion as well as ninjavan regulation..they cannot assume the measurement is over 80cm and she(fatty tomboy) along with her colleague (male Chinese of both) touches is less than 5kilos. I even ask do they have a 30cm ? ruler.. they say no they dont. How can u all accept ninja 3rd party without any of this basic measurement and weight product scale..very rudely and insulting when I’m delivering only on behalf. ..please never ever go this 7-11 store at blk 639 punggol to buy anything..Rude AF.. actually is Zero Star for this idiotic place. I wonder the owner of this Francies also rude that’s why pass down their staff is also rude.

Just becos u don’t have 5 cents change and your staff asking customers to get another plastic bag.. or are you trying to sell plastic bag..
there was an employee that constantly kept showing attitude to me and even when I got slightly in her way she will always go tsk and she takes up all the space to navigate around the 7 eleven and she expects me to make a big round for her angry because of work then don’t throw anger at customer la ended up not buying things and went to fairprice instead. Horrible service
employee took 5 minutes just to count the money in the morning and had customers waiting but didn’t want to settle them first in the end i just gave up and left.even while counting the money she acknowledged we were there but didn’t do anything and listen to music while counting.very bad service this happened more than once
I would to thank the store manager Ken for being helpful, polite, with very good customer service.
