Was forced to stand by the counter for about 10min whilst waiting for red-haired staff to arrange news papers. Said staff really needs to fix her attitude. When asked if they had utensils, staff completely ignored and went about her business. Terrible customer service

This staff is so rude when my daughter accidentally drop a box of Tokyo banana the worker said it is very fragile and it will break so he force us to buy it but when I opened the box it was not broken at all and was still perfectly in shape
