Horrible. Just save your time, money and go elsewhere. Ordering with Grab Mart is convenient for me. All I have to do is order and collect my item at the nearest supermarket after work on the way home. I’ve ordered a few times for collections at Lotus’s Wangsa Walk because it has the range of milk I prefer. However, there’s always an incident. The first, Lotus’s employee provide me with milk that was about to expire in a few days. If it was 1 bottle that’s fine but I ordered 5. Second incident, Lotus’s provided me with a carton milk instead of a bottled milk that I ordered because it was out of stock and they informed “it’s just the same”. It’s not. The third incident is when Lotus’s is out of stock of fresh milk but did not update in the app. I ordered 1 bottle of fresh milk and 4 lactose free.So I had to wait 20 mins just for the processing of cancellation in the app. Received a notification that the order was ready. Came to collect my order that was available just to find out that they didn’t know about any notification about ordered ready and by the time I arrive the 4 bottles of milk was now OUT OF STOCK! A waste of my time. And if you even think of ordering Lotus online to be delivered to your home expect half of the items in your list to be out of stock, another half that was suppose to arrive to be out of stock as well and expect the driver to me late and hour or two then scheduled time.

28 Jul 2023 I forgot how unpleasant this place is and stepped in to buy something. It feels l ilke Lotus is deliberately pissing off customers. Only one out of four self service counters opened. And the payment flow ie as in my earlier suggestions, is designed to make it difficult for people to pay.

    1. Very bad! This is the 3rd time I have come, the price of the item is always not the same as the price of the item when it is scanned at the payment counter. Not 1 item but all the items I bought. When I asked why the price was different, he said “I don’t know that price”?! As a customer, your staff should treat me well. Don’t answer I don’t know. That’s not the answer I want! I already gave the debit payment receipt, but the original receipt from the store to refer to the price of the item was not given! If you think your staff is not interested in working, stop working! I’m not even sorry. I don’t care if it’s your staff’s fault that they’re not careful about this, at least I’m sorry about the price of everything I want to buy is not the same as the price tag on your gondola. I hope the employer takes this matter seriously. When things like this always happen, I as a customer will be too lazy to come to your store next time. The question is why do I want to be angry that the price is not the same? Each individual who comes has a different pocket (money). Some people bring a lot of money and some people bring more money but considering the budget of the price they want to buy. I say this because I used to work in retail. What kind of service have I been through? So there is no reason for you to blame the customer.

    2. Very bad service. I don’t know the counter man’s name but he is not Malaysian. Very late for work. This is my first and last time here

    3. This guy always talking on the phone and very rude
The company should do something about it
Very unpleasant and worst service ever
      I would give (- 100 star)
      If I could

    4. If you are here for good service or pleasant conversation, this is not the place for it. This place is when you need stuff on the very last minute, like some school project to be submitted tomorrow, and it’s 11:30 pm at night. You come here just because it is OPEN.

Small market for daily stuffs, quite complete and comprehensive. Noticed that quite understaff, may need to wait for a while to get my sfuffs weight. Also could be challenging to get a parking space. Bear in mind that this is more like a convenient store.

Change your opening time. Wait from 8am open only at 8.35am. Useless.

I went to 810 Freshmart Wangsa Maju. I just want to complain that the female cashier (malay) did not entertain customer very well..I stand at the counter and about to pay all the stuff I bought, but the cashier just ignore me at the first and only focus on using her handphone. For me, this is bad shopping experience for customer..I hope the upper management can manage to teach or brief the below staff on how to assist customer in a good way

This mart only 2 minutes walk from my apartment. I’m always buy groceries once a week here. Mostly everything we can buy here such as wet @ dry food. Open daily from 10 am to 9 pm. Quite popular mart in Section 2, Wangsa Maju, KL.
