Feeling disappointed. Pabila it comes to business, seize the opportunity, serve your customer well. Satu kesilapan will lead to cascading fall. Customers are the ambassadors to your business. I have seen many businesses collapse due to poor hospitality performance by the staffs. Remember business is competition. There are choices out there. This is a positive sharing. May this shop improve their performance for betterment. Good luck.

Business hour : 24hrs. You know what, the person who change my car battery was a lady ??? and she did a good job. Pricing wise they are just a slight high, but what do we expect, they are 24hrs in service.

    i went to the shop since Saturday 1 july 2023 till today just for rotation and alligtment my tyre.the staff serve me better but the problem is cheif forman only 1 person but keep busy outside with so many problem dont have time to served. i came early before the shop opening but so disappointed.hopefully this tyre shop do some plan for next time to served better than before.

    I’m staying at Tmn Bdc, walking distance to KNY, frequent customer as well, however whenever I requested to do alignment & balancing, their mechanic are either absent, missing, went for lunch or other excuses. Shin Chin Tyre shop at Inanam Taipan roundabout beside CIMB is my first choice now.

    I’m a frequent customer who always bring machinery tyres and my own car to repair at their place. The previous Chinese lady manager was great. Now the new Chinese woman manager was irresponsible and ignorant in handling customer. I was completely dissatisfied. I brought my original part, instructed her to install it. Yet they install their own parts saying, they couldn’t find it. I was sitting there, but they never ask. Only to say, installed already. Must pay. Switching to other KNY branch.
