Friendly owner and staff. Gives good advices about tyre maintenance. Price not so cheap but fast service, and workshop equipment is top notch. Very clean workshop..
Price not cheap is fine, but then quality not delivered. Unsatisfied balancing done. Plus they mentioned they done for most of the “Kuantan’s BMW” so RM 25 each Tyre was paid.
Giving it 2 stars for the friendly normal staff. Those higher, supervisors etc wont even look at you when u talk to them.
Went there a month ago to front pad change, and check steering making noise. staf said there are leaking, might need to check drive shaft,said ok, will come again in the morning.
Second time come to check, they changed a motor related to to leaking, but when i said how bout the driveshaft? No feedback, not even an explaination from the guys in black shirt. Rm700.
Then went back home, realised there are still leaking. Went back there, and confirmed driveshaft. Quote rm1.3k.
When i told second time come i did say driveshaft, no feedback at all to me, just a discussion with themselves, no sorry, no anything.
Will charge twice for labour, and waste so much time.
I came here so many time because it is an authorised caltex, and it is fast. But not anymore. If you are looking to change fluid then yes, come here, but if u want to get your car repaired. Think twice. So disappointed. At least talk properly when client are talking to you guys. Sigh
