  Courteous, professional, efficient service. A man of few words, but extremely helpful. Saw the problem at a glance and fixed it within 5 minutes for RM 5. Went the extra mile by freely helping us unscrew our jack, which was stuck because of a rusty screw (which is why we couldn’t change our tyre in the first place). Also lubricated the screw before reinserting. Highly recommended, worth the unplanned visit to Ipoh. Chose this place for the excellent google reviews, but it’s also one of the few tyre shops open on Sundays. Very grateful.

  The boss is very professional. The fee are very reasonable. He repaired my puncture tyre on a Sunday without additional charge. 1st time I write a review for tyre workshop. Recommended!

  Had been to a few car workshops for car alignment issues. Only this workshop solved the issue & at reasonable price. On top of that, they could point out that my car rattling sound comes from the faulty steering shaft which others dismissed as the car being old. Definitely an underrated workshop.

  A very humble, patient and friendly owner. My complaint been listened patiently and the owner even test drive together with me to verify it. The findings and solutions being explained in detail. Pricing options with pros and cons being given and is my decision to choose which one. The owner will do a final check by himself before handing the car to the customer.

  This is my experience at this garage:

  Came in to check on an issue I had and the boss was able to pin point the issue fairly quickly and accurately.

  But it seem like if the boss does not step in, things moves very slowly.

  I had one of the wheels dented and the boss had the machine to shape it back to shape.

  It was determined that I needed 3 new tires. Requested for options but but they were limited. When asked for other brands like Michelin, which may not be a brand they carry, reluctance is observe. I have to give credits to the boss for being honest with the age of tires.

  After deciding, the tires were brought in from the store / distro. During installation and balancing of the tires, again, it seem only the boss was doing it all, which slowed the process.

  The alignment machine was not working when my turn was up, so a return on the next day was required for the alignment to be completed. Workers tried to fix it for some time to no avail and the boss was naturally furious.

  All in all, the shop have good diagnostics skills, bit it seem that the boss is the man to meet. Also, it does take time for things to be done here.
