3 months agoWent to Stamford Tyres Megamart Tampines today to look for a new set of rims for my Mercedes C180 and was attended by Mr Ganesh. He was such a great staff – friendly, professional and efficient. He never try to hard sell but instead assisted very well to get what I wanted. Explained all the rim spec, safety features and assuring me that the rims will fit really well. Another staff, Mr Kwan also assisted to do the fittings and tested the car to ensure all is well before handling back to me. All-in-all it took less than half an hour. Really impressed by their excellent attitude which has exceeded my expectations and really made my day. Congratulations to Stamford Tyres for having such excellent staff which are real assets to your company. I will definitely go back to them for my future car needs. They are professional in their job.2 years agoSomething is wrong with my tyre. I was at Tampines area so I google n read good review so off I went to look for Stamford Tyres. Its easy to find. The man check my tyre in 3 mins and found out that the tyre valve is spoil. $15 to change and in 10mins he gets the job done. Thumb up for the fast job! 5 months agoSuperb service from them. My Van battery gone case. Replacement of battery took less than 10min. So fast and swift. Recommended for this workshop. Auntie so strong to carry the battery herself. Thank you so much for your service ?4 months agoExcellent service. Had a puncture 195/55/20 tyre and been to a few shop and all only carry big brands. The lady boss had tourador at reasonable price. Worker are professional. The lady boss even charge up all my tyre and give them tyre shine. They even wash your rim. Really such services are rare. Will definitely visit them again no matter how far I stay.5 months agoTire always less than 3 days low pressure. Went there to check and found tire got a nail. Help to repair the tire cost $10 only. Saw many positive reviews and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience with them wasn’t positive. I had Whatsapp them enquiring the price for Michelin Primacy 4+ and they quoted me $145 per tyre. When I went down to the workshop, the guy quoted me $160 for the same tyre. He only agreed to the $145 pricing after I showed him the proof of the WhatsApp message I had with his colleague earlier. Then when I was about to make the payment via Atome which is one of their payment mode, I was told by them that I need to pay an additional 5% admin charge. This is totally unethical. I am not new to Atome and I have signed a few fitness packages via Atome of which I had never paid any 5% admin fee. Dishonest workshop. First and last visit for me.
excellent service! changed all 4 tyres and the staff there were very honest, told me there was a minor issue with some of the screws on my tyres and helped to fix with no additional cost. event treated me to a free drink. will definitely come down again for tyre related issues. thanks guys! keep it up??

Went to replace my 4x tyres to yokohama es32. End up replacing to new rims also. Yaw is experienced and explained the theory of balancing the wheels/rims etc. No hard selling. While installing the wheels, he is observant and found out my absorber stabilizer link is broken, and thanks for informing me. Will definitely come back again 🙂
Got a set of Michellin PS4S recommended by the staff. Didn’t regret the choice. The traction is so great for stationary launches, stable at high speeds, can handle fast corners and perform well in wet condition. Turn around time at workshop was fast!
