Called twice to confirm if they can do alignment for my old car.
Day 1: Just come down
Came down: oh our master mechanic is on off today. Come back next day
Day 2: Called again to confirm if the master mechanic is around and if they can do wheel alignment for my old car. When reached workshop, gave me lane excuses they can’t do it. Was it so hard to confirm on day 1?
Nevermind, since I was there, I have them to change my dying battery. I have my own spare. They charge $20 for battery change for a job that is just 10mins. A little on high side imo.
Overall experience, wasted my time and fuel, wheel alignment not fixed. A bit high charge for battery replacement.

Saw many positive reviews and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience with them wasn’t positive. I had Whatsapp them enquiring the price for Michelin Primacy 4+ and they quoted me $145 per tyre. When I went down to the workshop, the guy quoted me $160 for the same tyre. He only agreed to the $145 pricing after I showed him the proof of the WhatsApp message I had with his colleague earlier. Then when I was about to make the payment via Atome which is one of their payment mode, I was told by them that I need to pay an additional 5% admin charge. This is totally unethical. I am not new to Atome and I have signed a few fitness packages via Atome of which I had never paid any 5% admin fee. Dishonest workshop. First and last visit for me.
excellent service! changed all 4 tyres and the staff there were very honest, told me there was a minor issue with some of the screws on my tyres and helped to fix with no additional cost. event treated me to a free drink. will definitely come down again for tyre related issues. thanks guys! keep it up??

Went to replace my 4x tyres to yokohama es32. End up replacing to new rims also. Yaw is experienced and explained the theory of balancing the wheels/rims etc. No hard selling. While installing the wheels, he is observant and found out my absorber stabilizer link is broken, and thanks for informing me. Will definitely come back again 🙂
Got a set of Michellin PS4S recommended by the staff. Didn’t regret the choice. The traction is so great for stationary launches, stable at high speeds, can handle fast corners and perform well in wet condition. Turn around time at workshop was fast!
