They are very professional and knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicles. They did a thorough service on my car and explained everything clearly. The price was reasonable and the service was fast.The waiting area on the 1st floor was very comfortable and relaxing. They have air-conditioning, free WiFi and Netflix for the customers. I enjoyed watching some shows while waiting for my car. The staff was friendly and courteous.
I highly recommend Petronas Auto Expert to anyone who needs a reliable and quality service for their vehicle. They are the best in Cyberjaya autoville.
4 months agoTop-notch service with a great waiting area upstairs. Drinks n netflix2 weeks agoThe waiting area is quite big and with air conditioning and sofas. But they didn’t solve my steering wheel alignment. I came in with the steering wheel more to the left and i came out with the steering wheel to the right ?. But i don’t have time to go back.. but maybe later.2 weeks agoWent to change oil cooler hose only. The lady quote me rm240 for FULL SET och. Turn out only two rubber hose for rm240, it’s not the full set. Additional rubber hose which is still in good condition they change without notify me at rm90 per hose. This even haven’t included the labour fee of rm230. TOTAL RM650 to change a broken rubber hose!!! This is ridiculous!! After the service, my car got burnt rubber smell after turning off engine!!! What even more ridiculous is after 2 months, my car oil is leaking now. Damn stupid place to service or do maintenance. Price like kayangan more expensive than service centre, change part which is in good condition without notify, bad customer service who lied to customer, overpriced spare parts, bad workmanships. Please never go this place ever

4 months agoI had a fantastic experience earlier, had two puncture holes in my tyres and the mechanic helped me patch it up within minutes. Cost was rm15. Friendly, safe place to come for car servicing. Thanks!4 months agoIt’s not A car mechanic for fixing type of Workshop. It’s a car service centre. If u have major issue. NOT this place. Else u wasting your money and your towing insurance. I would say it is an expensive experience,money and Time wasted here with my car issue UNSOLVED.However, the Mechanic is nice, friendly and helpful. Just not sure why they accept our car issue and let us waste our towing insurance service send to them thru ws beforehand ? however they help what they can.

2 weeks agoDon’t waste your time going here. This shop is the prime example of incompetency. I literally drove in and the workers are sleeping with his phone in his hand. The other idling. Had to approach the manager who’s sitting inside also just scrolling on his phone. When I asked him if he can help with service he simply said, “we don’t have oil and we don’t do AC repairs.” Might as well close the shop then. What an embarrassment to my own race. Disgraceful. Disgusting. Putrid.3 months agoVery friendly and good customer service. I changed my tires to toyo tires here and the drive so far is quite smooth and silent. Tires are changed quite quickly within an hour early in the morning when the shop just opens.3 months agoGreat service and understand your needs. Not very pushy and most importantly honest. Affordable package but for certain service I’ve seen better competitive pricing. Friendly people from top to bottom ??
