The waiting area on the 1st floor was very comfortable and relaxing. They have air-conditioning, free WiFi and Netflix for the customers. I enjoyed watching some shows while waiting for my car. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I highly recommend Petronas Auto Expert to anyone who needs a reliable and quality service for their vehicle. They are the best in Cyberjaya autoville.

The waiting area is quite big and with air conditioning and sofas. But they didn’t solve my steering wheel alignment. I came in with the steering wheel more to the left and i came out with the steering wheel to the right ?. But i don’t have time to go back.. but maybe later.

Went to change oil cooler hose only. The lady quote me rm240 for FULL SET och. Turn out only two rubber hose for rm240, it’s not the full set. Additional rubber hose which is still in good condition they change without notify me at rm90 per hose. This even haven’t included the labour fee of rm230. TOTAL RM650 to change a broken rubber hose!!! This is ridiculous!! After the service, my car got burnt rubber smell after turning off engine!!! What even more ridiculous is after 2 months, my car oil is leaking now. Damn stupid place to service or do maintenance. Price like kayangan more expensive than service centre, change part which is in good condition without notify, bad customer service who lied to customer, overpriced spare parts, bad workmanships. Please never go this place ever

    I had a fantastic experience earlier, had two puncture holes in my tyres and the mechanic helped me patch it up within minutes. Cost was rm15. Friendly, safe place to come for car servicing. Thanks!

    It’s not A car mechanic for fixing type of Workshop. It’s a car service centre. If u have major issue. NOT this place. Else u wasting your money and your towing insurance. I would say it is an expensive experience,money and Time wasted here with my car issue UNSOLVED.
