Worst place to replace tyre. I went to this shop so called “authorised tyreplus centre” to replace a burst tyre. Then, a young female cashier came by and offered me a tyre – BF Goodrich Advantage SUV. Later, I left my car for lunch. Amazingly, the cashier didn’t tell me earlier that the tyre was actually produced in year 2020 week 47 until I asked for the production date. Not only provided old tyre without informed, she even charged me the tyre’s original price with just slight discount RM560. Then, I further questioned a senior cashier about this, she offered me RM500 nett in which I can get cheaper at Tyreplus Bintulu, RM460 for 2021 production tyre with same brand and size. I wonder if they really follow the pricing guidelines. After replacement, I found that my car’s rear left rim got some deep scratches. I assume it’s from the mechanics’ poor workmanship. I did questioned them about the scratches but they just came over and have a look and that’s it. So, overall this place is expensive, bad skills and no standard pricing guidelines.
