My kitten was struggling with diarrhoea amongst other issues like fur mites. Dr Tan was thorough enough to snip off some fur and take still samples to put under the microscope to identify the problem and prescribe all the necessary medications, antibiotics and probiotics.
Went back for a follow-up to get more medication and did my cat’s last kitten vaccination. My cat was all better within a week!
Love that the vet was patient enough to explain my cat’s condition and give diet advice.

Really good veterinary practice. We have a dog and the Indonesian lady vet is excellent. Very thorough and can be a bit expensive for some. But we try to do the best for our pets.

I brought my cat when he was involved in an accident where he had a broken jaw and lung contusion. This was one of the few places open late on a Sunday evening and the vets were very professional. They are well equipped for emergencies and were able to do X-rays to figure out the problem, put my cat in ICU overnight before doing surgery for him over the next few days. There were daily updates on my cat’s condition and he was well taken care of during the post-operative period as well.
