2. Great service but took me more than an hour just standing in line outside ?
3. Staffs and the Doctor herself was very friendly and helpful as it is my first time. I didn’t understand the services and they kindly explained it to me.
4. Only 4 people is allowed to be inside at once, hence why the line outside will be very long and just be aware that you would stand in line for atleast an hour.
5. No appointments & bookings ? which is very troublesome
6. They only accept cats for some reason lol
7. Gave a lot of medicines ??

Really good veterinary practice. We have a dog and the Indonesian lady vet is excellent. Very thorough and can be a bit expensive for some. But we try to do the best for our pets.
One of the best pet clinic or hospital in town and closing time quite later than others too. Easy to park.

I brought my cat when he was involved in an accident where he had a broken jaw and lung contusion. This was one of the few places open late on a Sunday evening and the vets were very professional. They are well equipped for emergencies and were able to do X-rays to figure out the problem, put my cat in ICU overnight before doing surgery for him over the next few days. There were daily updates on my cat’s condition and he was well taken care of during the post-operative period as well.
