A very nice, friendly and helpful Dr. Chew. I’m a first time owner of a kitten and had problem of infected & smelly ear. He gave all the necessary checking, cleaning & guidance to me. ??

Glad to have a responsible & professional vet nearby me. Never bother if the outlet seems a bit wear off but the service and person is really nice. The kitty is happy again.

Dr.Gan is very friendly and professional. Explains everything in details about my dog’s situation everytime I send my dog there. They will also follow up closely and keep me updated and even send me a video of my dog whenever my dog is hospitalized. ?

Not recommended. There are just too many good vets elsewhere now. Options are aplenty.

Did not have good experience with Little Paws. My cat was hospitalized in Feb for a urinary tract infection that needed catheter insertion. 21 days later, was hospitalized again for similar problem and treatment, but Dr. Gan insisted us to pay for defleas treatment which I deemed unnecessary as he was already defleas for the first hospitalization. Both time, hospitalization bill cost us almost RM 1K. During discharged, the attending Dr. Gan was busy attending to another pet owner, I was not briefed but left standing at the discharged counter. Have to tell the discharged nurse to call the attending Dr. to brief me on my cat’s condition and post hospitalisation after care. After a few reminders to the discharged nurse, the Dr. finally came over. Post hospitalisation medicines prescribed name was not given until we insisted to have it written down. According to the cashier, they do not release medicine name to owners. Why so secretive?

    1. Very attentive doctors and staffs till can remember all my three dog’s name and check out their well being even after treatment??

    2. A highly recommended clinic. Been sending all my 5 cats to Dr. Goh for treatments and vaccinations ever since the clinic started. Dr. Goh is a pleasant, passionate and highly qualified veterinarian. Her doctors are equally nice, capable and accommodating. I’m happy and satisfied with the service here.

Recently I sent my 10-year old cat who was hit by a car. Dr. Goh attended to her immediately and did her best to save her. Now two months later, she is well and alive though now she runs around with only one eye and a limp. The wiring on her fractured jaw had just been removed.

Thank you Dr. Goh for saving our Rapunzel. Thank you Dr. Suggy for monitoring and keeping us updated everyday, and thank you Ms Farah for your quick assistance. May you be blessed.

    3. First time here today for a hit & run case of a stray puppy. Dr’s were kind and staffs were very polite. Xray was taken to rule out any complications. Meds were given. Everything well explained.

    4. I sent my cat here for trouble breathing, did xray and turned out her chest is already full of pus fluid outside her lungs. The vets gave options for several emergency hospital recommendations since we would have a faster and better chance at saving her, but since we were aware of the cost and distance, we decide to do what we could at this clinic. The vets informed the cost first before they proceed with anything, gave several treatment plans that we can choose from, depending on budget. Vets are also very informative about cats conditions. For a week, xray, fip test, multiple aspiration procedures, antibiotic injections and oxygen everyday, iv drip, iv antibiotics, food, oral medications, all about rm1k. I think the price is reasonable for that many procedures and treatments over a week. However my cat sadly was declining and our family decided to end treatment. She didn’t make it but i am very grateful for the vets optimistic efforts for still doing what they could do to try and save my critical cat in their clinic.

    5. Vet was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was not stingy with the information regarding the ailment my pet was experiencing.
