Very rude receptionist!! I call on behalf of my friend to ask if I need to make an appointment to spay my friend’s cat, I haven’t finish talking they already hang up the phone!! I would give negative star if I could!! I’ll ask my friend to take her cat elsewhere!!

a week agoI come to the vet because my cat got kahak and don’t want to eat & drink. The vet carefully diagnose the cause and tell me how i can help my cat to eat. The vet herself also try to convince my cat to eat ?? The vet is very passionate and positive person, a best place to come if you first time go to vet. I’m a lil bit disappointed by it.

Awful experience with this vet.
This used to be my gf go-to vet for years.
My gf’s dog was unwell and she brought the dog to this vet and was prescribed some medicine. It is a 13 years old senior dog and has been going to this vet since young.
For years, the vet has never explained what medicine he prescribed and tends to change topic when asked.
It is unacceptable to me for not telling your customers what type of medicine and what it is for. So, I decided to visit the vet.
As I entered the shop, the cashier did not even want to look at me and just minding her own business. I asked to talk to the vet and as the vet is currently attending to another dog, I just waited for my turn.
After he had finished, he came out and I asked him what medicine did you prescribed while showing him the medicine and what is it for. He just said just give it to your dog. It is the correct medicine. I repeatedly asked him for the name and he acted like he is very busy and want to avoid answering my question. Then he just asked the customer that just came in the shop and disappeared into the room. I do not know why is he so scared to answer my question. The only possible reason that comes to mind is he does not know what’s the problem and just generally prescribed medicine and hopefully the pet will recover.
No any sort of test is done to identify the problem.
It only took 1 week for my gf’s dog to fall sick and passed away after that.
The staff is friendly, especially the Dr. is good and a lot of helpful advice.
Doctor feel friendly. All the questions you ask, he will very patient to answer your question. All the goods they selling are fair price. If you want to ask any questions about your pets please call this number 084-333339.
Sent 4 female cats here for spaying. ( i booked 1 week prior ). Good service, the fees are not as expensive as I would think it would be. If i ever found myself getting another stray cat, i’ll send it here for spay & neuter for sure. ?
