1st time here today. Recommended by a dear young friend. Saw Dr Donovan earlier & he was very patient & kind towards our doggy. Our doggy is very skittish & timid & Dr D took his time to familiarize our doggy with him. The vet assistant was also very nice. Did heartworm test & it was negative! Yeah! Did yearly vaccination & everything was swift. Glad we took my dear friend’s recommendation. Came from Siglap & tbh our best vet experience thus far. Went to 2 other vets before n never felt that the vets or assistants were genuinely nice or concern of our SS. Thank you Dr D & nice vet assistant! 🙂
I had an amazing experience at this vet on my first visit yesterday. The nurse and vet were extremely compassionate and friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit.
I appreciated that the staff asked about my pet’s issues and kept me informed about potential cancellation slots. The vet was experienced and knew exactly what was wrong with my pet. But what I appreciated the most was the follow-up call the next day to check on my pet.
They were knowledgeable and compassionate, unlike my previous vet in Tampines Blk 139 who made my dog suffer for 2 months due to poor stitching and when call for appointment , the nurse just doesnt want to know what is the issues and told me to tell vet when visit them.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinarian.
Very helpful and friendly nurses and doctors. Make me understand what’s wrong with my cat and and put me at ease. And of course the welcoming Chase who wants to make friends with everyone. Such a cutie!! ?
Recently brought our cat, Cherry, to the Holland branch to check on a small lump near her nipple. We were informed of the malignant nature of mammary lumps in female cats and was advised to have further diagnostics done asap.
The team was quick to expedite and make arrangements with the Tampines branch which has x-ray machines available. We are especially thankful to Dr. Donovan and Nurse Jan for keeping us informed of any availability for that day and for seeing us in such a short notice.
Cherry was able to get her diagnostics done on the same day and it allowed us to make earlier arrangements for her subsequent surgeries. Cherry is doing well post op and we owe it to the team for their quick and professional response to her case.
First visit there and i was so pleased by the treatment of the staff and the Dr, the staff was nice enough to get a separate bowl of water for my pet as he was not vaccinated yet…. And the Dr answered every questions I had with patience and honest care, and he was sooo gentle with my pet too.
