Probably the best Veterinarian in Alor Setar. The DR and the staff were very friendly and answered all our questions. The service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back !!

Bad doctor! He only talked rubbish, didn’t check the pet’s condition at all, and said he also didn’t know the cat’s condition. I went to Klinik Haiwan & Surgery AOR previously, and they knew about the cat disease immediately.

  1. Good service, nice doctor, affordable price.

The prices charged for check-ups, follow-ups and treatments are much cheaper than the other vets I’ve gone around Alor Setar.

  2. First of all, very disappointed of the experiences there. Reasons?

    1. Super duper unhygienic. As a vet I assume that you must understand very well how a surgical room must be clean and disinfected before any operations. But sadly all I saw is the unprofessional of the vets or staffs there, such as they don’t even ready their mask and gloves beforehand, and there are even some people that are irrelevant walk in & out the surgical room.

    2. Irresponsible and bad services. the receptionist service us with bad attitude and I don’t feel any welcome too. Next, I don’t blame them on the death of my friend’s dog (because I know living things lives come & go, and it’s a surgery, therefore surgery has risk) but can you guys at least be responsible or even respectful to the corpse of my friend’s dog? The moment my friend arrived and what she saw is just her beloved dog just lay on two random rubbish bags? Can you just imagine being the owner and saw this, how sad could you be. What on earth is this?

Can you guys just be more responsible when handling or maybe treat it nicely after the unfortunate stuff happened? For your information, the corpse started to smell. If you guys called and said that the surgery is completed, but how come you guys never update anything about the recovery period and just called next morning to come pick up the body? Can at least my friend get the reason why her dog died? And what’s happened during the recovery period after the surgery is completed, what reason behind that might has caused the death of her dog ?

    3. That’s more, we all know the intention of doing surgery is to rescue someone or something during the golden time or hour. But what’s funny is, the thing I saw is the clinic staff is just talking, chit-chat and walk here walk there during surgery?! Just wow. I start to wonder that, what if you guys use the time and being more professional or quicken your action, there might and could be more precious lives of pets that can be saved.

IF you guys really don’t love or have empathy on pets please never ever open a veterinary clinic or even work there. There are huge responsibilities, patient and caring that you need to devote on this job.

All I can say is, If anyone wanted to sent your beloved pets to this clinic please think twice or trice because you may regret your decision. R.I.P to my friend’s dog ??

  3. The most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen. Everyone can went into the surgery room even though “Dilarang Masuk” was on the board. One kid just ran into the room with her ice cream, I don’t know weather her mom was inside the surgical room or else, but apart from this, few non-medical personnel can walk in and out too. The environment is very unsanitary and not deeply sanitized. Before having surgery, most of them are not wearing mask or even a glove. The paramedics can still gossip and joking around, the voices they laugh was extremely loud while we were nervous about our pet’s condition. My neighbour had tried out this clinic too just a small scar on his dog but turned into passed away in the end. Very bad experience.

  4. the clinic is so dirty, the children’s voices are very noisy & it smells very bad. As far as I know, the workplace cannot bring children because this place is a veterinary treatment center & not a children’s play center or playground ? The receptionist there is very arrogant. A few months ago I came to this clinic to bring my cat and the clinic seemed very clean but recently I came this clinic was very dirty. Please keep your clinic clean and this clinic needs cleaners. Please don’t bring children to work because it’s too noisy & thank you for taking care of my animals.
