Dr Teo was excellent in helping us understand what was going on with our doggo. She also spotted a tooth condition that could have worsened if untreated. We are thankful for vets like her!

We visited vets for life when our boy Xiao was bitten by another dog. Dr Cheryl was attentive, patience and was empathetic to our situation. She was so gentle that despite Xiao being in pain from his injury, he was at ease. The nurses were also very kind, including Mabel who helped us with arranging an appointment at a very late notice. We were very stressed by the situation, but everyone there helps make the visit a pleasant one. Xiao is taken good care of as well. Thanks to the team for loving him like their own.

Brought my cat to Vets for life at Bukit Timah which was one of the few clinics which open on a Sunday. This is my first time approaching the clinic. My cat was vomiting and not eating. On the phone when making the last-minute appointment, Nikki was extremely patient and very reassuring (I was simply quite anxious). At the clinic itself, Dr Tan Kai Shian was very professional and caring. She didn’t try to rush through the diagnosis & took time to explain what may have happened and possible scenarios. My cat was given anti-vomiting meds for now and to return if condition doesn’t improve. I sincerely felt that both Dr Tan and Nikki would really want the pet to get better and not have to see us again. I know clinics can get really busy and hectic, so I appreciate that the staff still remained friendly and caring, especially when my pet’s appointment is at the end of the day. Thank you! (Post-edit: The total bill was around S$230+, incl consultation of $50+, analysis of stool, injection of anti-vomit and hydration, anti-diarrhea med, anti-vomit med, & probiotics. My cat got better)

Bad experience after the 2nd consultation. 1st consultation was ok, vet and the rest were friendly to my dog (bare minimum), spent $300+ for ear infection and skin allergies medcine and checks. Vet suggested a 2nd appointment follow up the following week, i thought she wanted to acces the skin allegies condition of my dog and also the ear infection if it worsened. But after 1 week, my dog’s ear infection improved and so my main focus was to get advice for the skin allergies. But went to my 2nd appoitment, paid $53 consultation fee just for another vet (who was not the same vet that treat my dog the previous round?) to tell me yes my dog’s ear condition is improving (the obvious) but they would still need to carry out a ear cytology. Then I questioned this vet about why do I still need to do a ear cytology test for my dog again since her ear condition has already improved 80% healed in less than a week. The previous vet only recommended a ear cytology only if the medcine wasnt working and the condition is still the same/worsen then they have to send to the Lab for more testing. So she insisted on the ear cytology test and paid $95 in total just for them to feedback me ya my dog ear condition has improved and the bacteria from the cytology has reduced. (like obviously). And I ask her about the skin allergies of my dog, and she told me just have to monitor….. Then honestly i come back for a 2nd consultation for what? Just to pay them $95 to tell me the obvious.

  1. Very pleasant and attentive service staff that always dots on my pet cat. Doctors are very patient, caring and understanding. Summary of the entire visit will be sent via email as a reminder to what had been done and what you should be doing for your pet moving forward.

  2. 1 appointment waiting time is usually 3weeks. I have my babies passed away while waiting for an appointment from them, I went to another vet but sadly it was too late, my baby passed in his sleep the next few days.

I booked another appointment for my other baby, also prior 3 weeks waiting, only to get cancelled on the actual day itself due to doctor having major surgery thus cancelling the entire day’s appointment. And hence, I have to visit other vets because the next appointment HERE is ANOTHER 3 WEEKS.

I love Dr Kris, but as hamster owners, the little ones don’t have much time to wait, I have learnt it the hard way. For cases like wet neck, a lump or infection, it is not highly recommended to book an appointment here. I would still visit for cases like a check up. But never for cases like the above mentioned.

  3. There’s no one else I’d trust other than Dr. Kris when it comes to my bunnies ??
Dr. Kris and her team are highly skilled, professional yet emphatic individuals who actively check in on how my bunny is doing after her visit. ?
Prices were reasonable and treatment options were thoroughly discussed. Ambience is also amazing with the vertical wall moss decor and soothing music ?

  4. Called the clinic to seek for urgent medical attention as my dog was having diarrhea and there is blood as well. Guess what the staff told me?
The earliest slot for consultation will be next week. What a joke! Told the staff it was an emergency situation. But the staff still told me have to be next week. ?. Really disappointed to hear this. If you can’t manage what is urgency’s circumstances then you might as well don’t open door to do business. Lastly please don’t manipulate the fact that option was provided! Glad I didn’t bring my dog this clinic. ??. I wish you all the best for the sustainability of your business.

Don’t recommend this clinic at all as there are 110 vet clinic mentioned so better visit those when there is an emergency matter to be seek for medical attention.

  5. Dr Kris Koh is friendly and patience about fur kids. She will take time to look at my dog and even write email to us to update on my dog. First vet I’ll think of if my dog has any issue.
