4 months agoGot my kitten first vaccine here. The clinic is clean & the staffs is very attentive. The vet also brief you in details bout your cat conditions. Highly Recommended.3 weeks agoExtremely satisfied with their services, clean, neat and tidy. Dr. M is a very professional vet and explained everything in details. Been here few times to send my Persian and Scottish cats.7 months agoThis has become the only vet clinic I go to for my cats. New and clean. I was attended once by Dr Fatin and then by Dr Hannah onwards. Both Drs were super attentive and careful in diagnosis, not to mention that they also educate and attend questions (even via Whatsapp) in a very gentle manner.I always be extra careful when it comes to medicine and find that the Drs here would make sure they get your full understanding and consent before administering or prescribing any.
My cats are becoming healthier now and I am so happy.
Also, love the vibes cause they’re run by young female Drs!
I hope more people will support this clinic and also to remember that these Drs are also learning like us, so whatever issue, please be calm and voice out your worry and resolve in a good way – please don’t accuse them because they just wanna help you the best they can.
2 months agoI’ve visited the Clinic for several times and the reason why I choose this Clinic was Dr.Fatin. Personally, she just not a Vet Doctor, but she has a character which attached to my cats. She always giving me an advice both pro & con for any treatment for my cats. Not to compare with others vet clinic, but this is my chosen one!a week agoBest vet , don’t go other vet. I’ve been other vet and result one of my cat passed . This vet , professional, price reasonable. and they love cats.If you love ur cat , bring them here

2 months agoSent my dog in for neutering. Nurses were very good and attentive, understanding. The op went well. Gave iodine. Had to bring the dog back as he bit the stitching off but the wound has been fine and no swelling????2 months agoVery nice clinic and super nice staff. Sadly, my Draco cannot be saved. He was too sick when we brought him there. He passed away a few days after being warded here.a week agoPleasant staff. Prompt treatment. Comfortable waiting place.a year agoThe vet and at the staff are amazing. Let me tell you I’ve brought my cat who has underlying HSV and only this vet has provided with the best management. Not mention the seamless and loving care for spaying recently done. I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants ACCURATE diagnosis. Not a guess work. Proper management and care. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right At home . You walk out feeling a sense of comfort knowing your pets and genuinely cared for.2 months agoAbout 1+week ago my wife brought our tomcat for checks eventually putting him there for 5 days thereafter return home 5 days later he died possibly lack of attention to his procedure for the urinary tract issue but on top of that unknowningly he contracted ‘Parvo virus’ brought it back and after 2 days 12 out of our 15 cats got infected resulting in a further 7 cats ranging from 5 months>4 years old fully grown cats male+females Dieing gradually within a week, this issue was only discovered by the Bentong veterinary department upon our visit to them and by that time it was too late.It goes to show this place have No Proper Sufficient Sanitization Procedures concerning Health to the animals warded here, Spreading Virus to Others besides being Overly Expensive without the Care. We’ve frequented this place from 1 year ago but maybe due to their recent overall renovation of the premises they’re trying to regain the costs and rushing through lack of attention in the operations without due diligence….?????

This is my experienced with this vet:
1. Dr is very experienced in handling megacolon case very well. This was our 5th visit.
2. Nollie was diagnosed with Megacolon. And we have visited more than 8 modern vets before. And everytime we visited the modern vets we will ended with 5 days warded and cost us more than RM 800.00.
3. Modern vets didnt have experienced in megacolon. We did the surgery already and modern vets advice us to PTS Nollie due to recurrence condition.
4. Some of modern vets surrender to take up megacolon case and they even asked me how to do it as if i am the real vet lol.
5. The Dr explained to me very well and did the procedure for less than 45mins and only charge me RM 180 instead of modern vets that charged me more than RM 800.00.
6. My tips when visiting Dr are dont ask many questions and just listen to him. Dont argue. Just tell him the main point. As many comments saying this vet is very rude which he was just strict and excellent.
7. Entahlah Dr is very old now and i cant imagine what will happen in future if this clinic no longer exist. Clinic yang paling tak amik keuntungan dan kesempatan. Bersyukur bila dia charge sgt2 murah compared to modern vets harap lawa je tapi caj merepek2 dan tak ada experience.
8. Brought my another cat for flu and clinic charged me only for RM 20.00. Murah kan?
Went to clinik bring my poor little angel 3Mths due to bad flu ,no appetite .Doc just did simple check up then inject medicine to her, unfortunately after back to home ,a day later little angel was died . Price was cheaper but you cant expect the well examination & explaination details from the doc. Im not blame the clinic coz my fault did not early send her to vet immediately . See u in heaven chombi ?
It was the worst experience ever. This doctor (Dr Dilip Kumar Ghosh A/L Shama Charan) was referred by my cousin sister. So we took our dog for a second opinion. The doctor was really unprofessional. The moment we walked in, right near the door – he had a RBF + attitude. He did not even inspect nor ask any questions. We had to greet and explain and the moment we said our dog has cancer and we needed an opinion from a vet, he yelled so loud asking us to go to an oncologist in UPM and asked us to have some “common sense” . However to be frank, as a doctor/ human being, I honestly feel he was a vile excrement. To add on, the clinic was in a bad condition and the receptionist wasn’t able to speak well or understand us when we actually called in to make an appointment. Please do not waste ur time unless you have a tiny cat / puppy or tiny animals, as I believe the doctor seems to be afraid of large dogs. Regardless, as a medical professional, he seems to be mentally unsound to speak / treat or educate people. Very disappointing! I hope this clinic closes down, at the very least so animals will not get killed by him intentionally.
Favorite veterinar, they didn’t sell branded cat food at the entrance. They will advice to try to give fresh food such as rice with fish, whatsoever. I have 14 cats, they seldom get sick. I always give enough water, if I give dry cat food, I will give them few times a week fresh food such as homemade chicken broth . This clinic will never advice kibbles.
The vet efficiently diagnosed my cat with flu and treated accordingly. His assistant handled the cat well. All in all good and affordable
