Did not consult the doctor but I needed Frontline spot on for tick and fleas as quick as possible. Called up the clinic to check if they have it and sure enough they did. I don’t have a transport at the time so I asked if I could send Grab to collect it and pay online, which I was able to. Tara, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and accommodating despite being on duty alone. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you again, Tara!

Sent my pet here for vaccination. They have very polite and attentive staffs here. Team of doctors handled my pet with gentle and care. They were also really helpful by giving me a lot of informations and advices as a new pet owner. This is a really recommended place for your beloved pets and is worth the price you pay for.

The vets and staff here are always kind and helpful. Price is reasonable and the wait is short if you make appointment beforehand (which is always encourage)

  1. There are extra RM50 after hour charges after 6pm which they didn’t inform in advance when making booking, VERY BAD

  2. If the review can goes to negative, definitely I will mark it -100. Doctors are not responsible, telling lie. PIC is arrogant, they can Simply change furkid “death time”. Lousy vet

  3. Excellent service. They were professional, supportive, affordable and understanding during a moment of stress and difficulty. They were very calm and capable supporting the stray animal found and helped a lot.

  4. Terrible Vet. When asked about his diagnosis on the cat he used “I don’t know” three times. Felt like he didn’t care to know what’s wrong with the patient. Failed to give correct diagnosis and prescriptions to the patient.

    A waste of my time and money. Went to another vet next day and got proper treatment at half the cost.
