a week agoRM226.00 was wasted! The front desk staff is good; however, the male doctor is not. I requested an x-ray to check if my dog is pregnant after checked doctor confidently and arrogantly replied NO LE! However, after several months, I realized my dog was pregnant. DAMN! Should ask for a refund.5 months agoAs a first time parent to my furbaby, I was a bit nervous bringing my cat to a vet. But the whole process went smoothly from making an appointment to seeing the doctor for a consult. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the front desk receptionist is also very friendly. They also went out of their way to show me how to apply the medicine for my cat without me asking. Thank you so much!a week agoHighly recommend this vet clinic, very professional and astute and really truly care about the animals and their owners. The office is so efficient- impressive.a month agoFirst-time visit to the veterinary clinic on a Sunday was a positive experience. The doctor offered clear explanations and provided helpful tips and suggestions for addressing the furbaby’s skin problem.a week agoGo to another clinic vet. this one is highly pricey in comparison to other vets. If you see the doctor service and their place, it is not worth it.

a year agoThis is the vet I was recommended to bring my cat in with sinus problem for acupuncture. The only vet I know of that practises acupuncture for pets which is great news. Price is affordable $-$$. Parking is not too bad, either early mornings of later afternoons. Do call in for appts.a year agoMy 1st time visiting here. So far I’m fully satisfied with their service. I do not have to waste my whole day sitting and waiting to be served like one of the popular vet in town. Jesselton A.C, Doctor and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Besides their price are reasonable and won’t force to value add item. Keep up the good work and please maintain your best service! Highly recommended. Surely to come back with my 3 other fur babies.3 years agoThe team behind Jesselton Animal Clinic genuinely cares about my dog Kobe, always checking up on his status even after consultation. I appreciate Dr Jessie’s advise also did surgery to remove bladder stones very well.Dr Jessie was patient and always explain the condition instead of just administering medication. 3 months agodoc abit rush,didnt mention more abt treament just give out medicine n observe first,maybe is getting close time price is affordablea year agoI’ve actually not visited this veterinary clinic in awhile but have done so many times previously. Never thought of sharing my experience here until I read negative reviews from different clinics, I thought, I should contribute for those who may be in need. Most reviews on this clinic are no less than 4-5 stars so I know mine would stand out a bit here.1) Services depleted in efficiency overtime
My initial experience here was not all bad, staff were neutral (not too good not too bad) I’d say it was overall mediocre. I gave the place a chance as it was recommended by a friend, I wasn’t so keen on the doctor not initiating the check up herself and most details were by me (understandable as I am the owner, but she could have participated more). My continuation on consulting here were due to the doctor’s later informative attributes.
The service however did not continue that way. Main concerns here are
1# rushed handling
Doctor did not take time to handle my cats in a calm manner, resulting in them feeling traumatised after every vet visit. The staff just followed suit of the doctor’s ways. One of my cats that came there with a boil on her paw just had the boil quickly and painfully squeezed. She was so afraid afterwards. My cat who had an ear infection had her ear cleaned out roughly, she was obviously uncomfortable and this made it difficult for her to feel safe everytime we tried cleaning her ears. Another negative experience was when I brought my cat who had breath shortness for urgent nebuliser treatment. The staff simply asked if we need it despite us already telling her we do. 0 urgency on that part. I can’t elaborate too much as this is a google review but a message to the staff, doctors and vet owners :
Taking the time to help others is not the same as wasting time, even when you’re running out of it (vet closing), rushing like this wastes more time because at the end of the day the animal’s wellbeing is negatively effected and not well treated.

But anyway, they seem professional on handling sick cat, even tho my cat just passed away but they did all the best they can to save it.
The service charges is also affordable ? Not too pricey also not too cheap.
Dr.Cecilia and the team really care about your pet. Appreciate how they would give professional advice and services every time. I adopted a cat that has very large cut on his front limb few months ago. Dr.Cecilia stitched the cut nicely and gave me useful tips for taking care of him. I sent the same cat for castration afterwards. Surgery was nicely done and my cat has been living happily since then. Having this team/ clinic in KK is truly a blessing to all KK people!
Brought my pup to Kinabalu Animal Clinic last week for rabies vaccination. Location wise, its easy to find with the help of google map. Upon arrival (10min earlier for the appointment I have booked 2 weeks prior via the clinic’s website), we registered and was assisted right away. The interior was clean and well managed. The doctor was kind to even gave extra advice and let us wait inside the treatment room for 15mins to check for side effects. However, would be even better if we are able to contact via Whatsapp as well. Overall experience was great!

We paid like RM600 for our v dear, sick and dying dog to get a checkup and inevitable euthanization. I understand there were a lot of people, but we were desperate n brought our precious pet in an uncomfortable tiny box and they wouldn’t even let us transfer him to a more comfortable resting place when he was lying with his neck lying out the edges of the box and dying, like couldn’t they skip ppl when it was obviously an emergency?
On the plus side, we were going through financial difficulties that time and the clinic allowed us to pay instalments, which was rly helpful for us, the dr was also very kind and understanding when we were very emotional.
