a month agoVery friendly staff and they have a team of Vets serving you, not just one or two Vets.Waiting area is a bit small but it’s ok.
Plenty of car park around the vet clinic.
Prices charge are affordable.
a week agoFriendly staff and good doctors. Was attended by Dr Priya during both our corgi’s visit. Very good attention given, good care, excellent explanation and treatment. She handled our dog gently and full of care. Highly recommended vet. Definitely our go to vet.3 months agoHow lucky pet owners in Seremban to have another 2 great vets! ???We were referred to Dr. Goh for my Pomeranian’s surgery to remove stones lodged in her ureters, a procedure that required the expertise of a skilled veterinarian. Dr. Goh patiently explained the process, ensuring we understood every step. Throughout the entire duration, he kept us well-informed, particularly during her recovery. As a pet owner, I felt not only informed but also reassured even after my dog was discharged, thanks to Dr. Goh’s continued check-ins for a few days.
I hope that both Dr. Goh and Dr. Tan will consider expanding their services to PJ, as I would wholeheartedly entrust my furry companions to their care ? and this pet owner does not need to travel so far ?”
2 months agoI think apart from Dr Goh, everyone else could learn to be courteous, act professional and brush up on communication skill.I don’t know who handles the WhatsApp communication but it is far from effective communication.
Every time I take my dogs there, I struggle to get help with the door because the assistants could not be bothered to help with the door even when they see me struggling with sick dog in arm and trying to open the door. There’s always another pet owner who would eventually come over to help. The assistants simply pretend not to see it or even when they do they act indifferent and wait for you to call out for help.
After you’re made to wait 1 hour despite having an appointment, you are called in and made to wait while the worker cleans the examination table. Then again another 15min or so in the treatment room to be seen by someone. After consultation, there is poor communication between the doctor and the assistants at the front table who is then in charge of preparing medicine and scheduling appointments. The assistants seem clueless and give information inconsistent with what the doctor said and when you ask for clarification, the assistants and doctor shout back and forth discussing it. Totally unprofessional.
None of the assistants are helpful or friendly. It’s so chaotic at the front. I just realised I’m not the first person to comment on the terrible assistants. A year ago someone mentioned the same in their reviews. So looks like they’re not bothered after all. It’s so frustrating going to this clinic but at the same time there is no other option when it comes to good equipments.
The clinic has been around for some time now and doing really well. Things like these shouldn’t be happening. Hopefully they improve they way they manage people and workload.
2 months agoI found 3 ticks in their room and i killed it, omg i even found the ticks climb on the wall, is a bit shocked me, i don’t even dare to sit on their chair anymore, **Ps**my dog live in a condo, indoor pet and never step outdoor, dog are not allowed to go out unit.

9 months agoIF YOUR CAT IS DYING OR SICK. DONT SEND HERE.Datang pkol 10.15am or 10.30am or something. Bawak my cat yang literally tngh dying sbb baru lepas kene langgar. I did mentioned to their staffs about my cat’s condition. I said dia baru lepas excident and currently tengah nazak. Guess what. Non action taken. Diorg suruh isi form yada yada and told me to sit and wait. THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AT MY CAT. Tengok kucing saya pon tidak. And siap ckp, dkt sini takde xray lagi ya. Nnt kene tunggu xray dulu dkt klinik lain first then baru decide dngn muka kerek tak senyum. Probably sbb saya still pakai baju berkebun sbb rushing ke vet x sempat tukar apa2. Dudeee, my cat literally dying as i mentioned it a few times. Soo i took my cat and went for a different vet yang ada professional nurses. Oh one more thing, they already open the vet but the doctor was not even there yet. As i told the staffs that my cat was dying. I expect at leasttt the staffs immediately call the dr and inform that there’s an emergency case. But all i get was a muka masam yg x reti senyum n kerek yg suruh i duduk dulu tunggu dr while me watching my cat dying in front of me.

7 months agoVery experienced veterinarian. Diagnosed my cat’s ailments after checking and treated my cat promptly. Good veterinary clinic!a year agothe vet is friendly and all but lack experience, sent my cat who stopped eating and was very weak a day ago, the doctor said it was bcs an ear infection from the build up of her earwax. paid rm100+ for that and flea medication. unfortunately my cat continued to get worse when she got home so we took her to another vet, and thats where she was diagnosed with parvo. we have 7 other cats at home, imagine our worries when we knew it was parvo.7 months agoThis vet has been contracted by the MBS to PTS stray dogs on the spot. Dog carcasses in plastic bags were spotted during the operation. How can a vet that has compassion agree to that?a year agoDr Norman and his staff are so helpful and fill me, update with all the information that needed to treat my Cat, Oscar for his wounded tail. Keep up the good job! Highly recommended Vet to visit and for your Cat(s) to receive treatment. ???????

Good Docs. Helpful and experienced. Went a few places for my dogs eyes and itchy skin. 1 doc said she has cataract the other said scratched her eyes, only in this clinic the doc’s diagnosed correctly that she has ulcer in her eyes and now slowly recovering. Tq Dr. Paul and Dr. Joshua
These vets are up to date and very experienced. These are the only ones who can diagnose pet disease spot on and they are super kind to do house call only in emergencies. My cat had bad earmites, the medication administered gave relief to my cat and cleared the mites. Thank you.
My dog passed away at the age of 12 but if it is not for the treatments provided by Dr. Paul, I think my dog might have passed away 1-2 years earlier. Personally, I have encountered many vets (including well-known ones) in the past years but most are selective (not taking big breeds or old dogs as if these dogs doesn’t deserve to live anymore) but Dr. Paul is the most compassion vet I ever met, he treated any pet breeds at any age with all his best (A vet which think all lives matter) so personally, I really appreciate the treatments he has provided for my dog for the past few years (Thank you, Dr. Paul).
Brought our dog to this clinic for treatment after being not active and weak for 2 days. Without even check for fever or any other symptoms, the “professional” doctor declared she having parovirus and will die in 5 days.(doctor even suggest us to mercy kill her). Not believing him, we brought her to another clinic for 2nd opinion, and found out it’s just a trapped muscle. She is fully recovered within 3 days. A big NO to this clinic.
The doctor is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended…..
