6 months agoReally pleasant visit with Dr Neo. She handled our Berry boy gently and with the utmost care. The staff in the clinic were really helpful and friendly too. Surprisingly, the appointments after were all for budgies too! Indeed a budgie day! 🙂10 months agoWent to the clinic cos my parrot ? plucking the feathers ? . Attended by Dr Ng who is very detailed in her explanation and patient too. The stall very polite. Highly recommend.a year agoHassle-free in every way. Beats going to usual vet clinics. Ample parking and quiet. The clinic was very clean. Dr Neo was so good with the birds. She explained everything we needed to know in a nice and polite way. Great find for me.6 months agoAbsolutely ridiculous. I went with my puppy to check-up for his skin issue. Ended up spending over S$300 for consultation and medicines. Nothing had improved even after we continued with entire course of medicine. Looked up in Google and found the problem with yeast. Went to FairPrice and got coconut oil and apple cider viniger. Used it for 2 weeks and our puppy is all fine now. Cured our pet with S$10 while spending S$300 was complete waste of money and efforts.5 months agoVery experience Vet here. Brought our hamsters here for checkup. Friendly students helpers. Most importantly, my hamsters recover after that.

Appreciate hospitality – Zen .4 months agoHad the best of experience here at Ark with Dr Joyce Lauw and the nurses! Everyone was friendly, informative and helpful. It was our first time bringing both our rescue cats to the vet. We were extremely nervous and didn’t know what to do at all. Both vet and nurses were experienced and calm. Knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything as they were doing it. Knowing I was nervous and stressed they were all very reassuring and calm. Did everything here including vaccination, blood tests, dental health, eye exam. Price was so reasonable for so much things done! Will definitely be coming back here again!a month agoI had an emergency yesterday. My cat Callie had her claw stuck to her mouth. Send an mail which received a response. Was told to send Callie to see the doctor. Dr. Collin attended to Callie. Extracts one one of her tooth. Dr. Collin and the nurses were very professional and helpful. Thanks to them Callie is feeling better now. Highly recommended.a month agoThis was my first time bringing my cat to the vet alone and it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience! Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very informative about my cat’s case. The bill was also affordable and I would recommend this clinic. 1st time here today. Recommended by a dear young friend. Saw Dr Donovan earlier & he was very patient & kind towards our doggy. Our doggy is very skittish & timid & Dr D took his time to familiarize our doggy with him. The vet assistant was also very nice. Did heartworm test & it was negative! Yeah! Did yearly vaccination & everything was swift. Glad we took my dear friend’s recommendation. Came from Siglap & tbh our best vet experience thus far. Went to 2 other vets before n never felt that the vets or assistants were genuinely nice or concern of our SS. Thank you Dr D & nice vet assistant! 🙂
I had an amazing experience at this vet on my first visit yesterday. The nurse and vet were extremely compassionate and friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit.
I appreciated that the staff asked about my pet’s issues and kept me informed about potential cancellation slots. The vet was experienced and knew exactly what was wrong with my pet. But what I appreciated the most was the follow-up call the next day to check on my pet.
They were knowledgeable and compassionate, unlike my previous vet in Tampines Blk 139 who made my dog suffer for 2 months due to poor stitching and when call for appointment , the nurse just doesnt want to know what is the issues and told me to tell vet when visit them.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinarian.
Very helpful and friendly nurses and doctors. Make me understand what’s wrong with my cat and and put me at ease. And of course the welcoming Chase who wants to make friends with everyone. Such a cutie!! ?
Recently brought our cat, Cherry, to the Holland branch to check on a small lump near her nipple. We were informed of the malignant nature of mammary lumps in female cats and was advised to have further diagnostics done asap.
The team was quick to expedite and make arrangements with the Tampines branch which has x-ray machines available. We are especially thankful to Dr. Donovan and Nurse Jan for keeping us informed of any availability for that day and for seeing us in such a short notice.
Cherry was able to get her diagnostics done on the same day and it allowed us to make earlier arrangements for her subsequent surgeries. Cherry is doing well post op and we owe it to the team for their quick and professional response to her case.
First visit there and i was so pleased by the treatment of the staff and the Dr, the staff was nice enough to get a separate bowl of water for my pet as he was not vaccinated yet…. And the Dr answered every questions I had with patience and honest care, and he was sooo gentle with my pet too.
