2 weeks agoI have been deeply disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the pricing for both service and medication was considerably high. Secondly, despite numerous recommended tests, there was no concrete answer or solution to improve my pet’s condition.Reflecting on the last moments of my pet’s life, I regret not following my initial instinct to focus on her happiness rather than solely on her health. Due to her age and condition, I didn’t believe she could withstand surgery or chemotherapy. However, the series of recommended tests gave me a false sense of hope. A heavy weight of guilt makes me feel that I would have made a terrible mistake if I did not follow the doctor’s recommendations. And so, I placed all the hopes and responsibilities onto the doctor.
Fast forward one month, my pet passed away on January 1, 2024. Her life was sustained by medications, a fentanyl patch, and syringe feed solutions during her last moments. None of the tests provided a clear diagnosis; it felt like I was funding a case study rather than finding answers. There was only deduction based on hypotheses and interpretations, lacking solid evidence to pinpoint what exactly went wrong.
To fellow pet owners, I urge you to listen to your instincts and follow your heart. Make decisions that you believe will bring happiness to your pet before they leave. Don’t let guilt cloud your judgment, leading to potentially regrettable choices. Additionally, don’t hesitate to inquire about prices and discuss the best treatment plan with the vet. If you feel the proposed treatment doesn’t align with your plan, express your concerns to the vet or stand by your decision. Be aware that vets may not always be as empathetic and could lean towards methodical/deductive approaches devoid of situational considerations.
in the last weekAlways recommending tests, no clear diagnosis given. No documentation when i buy products from them.Dr Liu Dong Tai was very rude when I first brought my puppy in due to cough.
Receptionist became more and more rude as compared to the first few times i brought my puppy in.
a month agoSent my dog for spaying at 9.30am, they finished operating at 4pm, asked me to pick up at 5pm. My dog was so groggy, shivering away, panting away the entire night I thought I might lose her. She couldn’t even walk that entire day and hardly walked the next day which is very unusual for an active dog.I have had 5 dogs sent for spaying elsewhere and none of them had the same effects as her.
My previous vets did the operation either late morning or early afternoon so when I pick my dogs around 3pm, they were all ok. Not sure if they applied too much anaesthesia to my dog. She only became her normal self 2 days later.
4 months agoMy cat was 2nd time urin stuck problem. I went another vet, they quote me Sgd700+, I hv not so much money.After that, I decided go to United Vet, I thought can save some money. But thier price more horrible.
They ‘quote’ me at earlier, I rejected alot extra test. Also keep said my cat need hospitalist. But United Vet is not 24 hours clinic. They are no staff working at midnight. Who will care at midnight if hospitalist.
Doctor Pamela is friendly. But United Veterinary hire alot diff doctor.
Sedation, blood test, urin test, ultrasound, urin unblicking, medicine, included 1 pack Hill’s 1.5kg Urin dry food. End up my bill Sgd925……
Yes, my cat after do the urin unblock, can normaly urin itself at second day. But emotion not very well yet.

3 years agoUnited Vet is honestly the best vet clinic that you’ll want to send your pets to.The vets (Dr Lee, Dr Talitha, Dr Daphne & basically everyone there) are so knowledgeable and good with my cats. They are always so friendly, detail oriented and takes good care of my cats.
The assistants and staff are fantastic too. What impresses me the most is the follow up by the staff too. They are so attentive and they never fail to check in next day with you via WhatsApp to ask how my kitties are. Big thank you to Winchelle, Livia, Rani, Pooja & Ke Ying!
United Vet is truly a vet clinic that really cares and puts animals first.
A couple of times I had terrible pet scares from my kitties and they would always squeeze me in despite being very busy. Unlike some other vets who would turn you down flat despite how frantic or urgent or desperate you are – with a sick cat. This, I greatly appreciate it. And which is why I decided to switch my 2 cats to United vets even though they are further from my place.
I know my fur babies are in the best hands with United Vet! Thank you so much for everything!

8 months agoI have been taking my beloved dog to The Animal Doctors clinic for regular check-ups, follow-ups, and vaccinations, and I must say, it’s been an incredible experience overall. The staff at this clinic are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the well-being of the animals they treat.The animal doctors themselves are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. They take the time to listen to my concerns and provide detailed explanations, ensuring that I am well-informed about my dog’s health. I feel confident and reassured knowing that my dog is in the hands of such capable professionals.
The clinic maintains a warm and welcoming environment, making every visit a pleasant experience. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there are separate sections for cats and dogs to minimize stress for the animals. It’s evident that they prioritize the comfort and well-being of their patients.
However, I must mention that getting an appointment at The Animal Doctors can be a bit challenging at times. Due to their popularity and excellent service, it’s necessary to book at least a month in advance. While this can be inconvenient, it’s a testament to their exceptional care and the high demand for their services.
Overall, I highly recommend The Animal Doctors clinic to any pet owner in need of professional and compassionate veterinary care. Despite the slight difficulty in securing appointments, the level of service and care provided by the staff and animal doctors is truly outstanding. Your furry friend will be in excellent hands at this clinic, where their well-being is always the top priority.
4 months agoTried to make appointment but fully booked till end of month was told walk in will wait super long more than 1 h. They were nice to response via WhatsApp and asked what is wrong my dog. Send a few pic to them and asked me to monitor for a week as my dog high chance might heal by itself… so far my dog is doing well. I guess due to popularity always fully booked and long waiting time ..3sept 2023 Finally here for toy poodle titer test and good experience here with Dr Kor
4 months agoBrought my mum’s cat to this vet for the 1st time. Found the vet is over charging pet’s owners. Paid over $400 to find out it’s tooth infection. Keep avoiding the cost. Keep emphasize on how the cat cannot eat and need to treat all the affected too.a year agoMy first time visit vet so I have nothing to reference for. But this clinic doctor and assistant are very helpful. The doctor asked and explained in detail about the condition of my bunny and chatted very casually throughout. Talked and comforted my bunny, very reassuring. As a first time bunny owner, I have no experience in feeding my bunny medicine, they even offered to teach me how to feed my bunny meds in a 1 to 1 session which I appreciates alot. She even suggest if I do not know how after taking a video of her demo, she can send me for a lesson or sort. Very nice of them. Will definitely go back to this clinic for any future vet visit.2 years agoThank you Dr Cathy and her team for caring for Dong Dong since he was rescued a year ago. Although we have only adopted him for 2 months before he passed on, we have had wonderful support from TAD and we get to have the best time with him. We adopted his sibling Ting Ting earlier and they both suffered from genetic issues and poor upbringing. They both had difficult but successful dental surgeries at TAD. Although Dong Dong eventually passed away on the way to clinic, Dr Cathy, Dr Tsai and team have done a lot to keep him comfortable, allowing him to enjoy his final days with his new family. All our bunnies go to TAD as they are very experienced and dedicated, and always have the animals best interest in mind. The vets really work very hard to accommodate every patients so waiting time can be long at times. Best to make appointment and be punctual. We sometimes get surgery updates late at night so can see the team really go the extra mile for animals in need.

Visited ZumVet at AMK today and I loved the minimalistic ambience and the friendly staff. They are patient, kind, loving, not rushed, and take their time to explain things. Harley was really comfortable and looked happy in the clinic! Bring your pet here, they really care!
Dr Christie was the best ! As first time paw-rents she was reassuring and spent time answering our questions. We really appreciated it. She even showed us photos of what an obstructed nose looks like for a frenchie, explained all options available for deworming, printed out info about frenchies and told us what to look out for. We were very impressed and so was Adele ? Adele was very relaxed and enjoyed the experience and she did not realise she was vaccinated. Everyone from back end and front / counter staff were very passionate about their job and it shows ! Came out to explain items when we were asking about them. Great job team ?? we are sadly shifting to Hillview area next year soooo if there are plans to open in the west let us know !

Visted Zumvet today for my puppy’s checkup, the staffs are very friendly and assuring. And the clinic itself is clean and Dr Kong ensures that I left the clinic with no questions.
Visited ZumVet yesterday and was attended by the Vet personnel , Yasmine and also Dr Adriel. They were friendly and patient in explaining procedures and my cat’s condition. Vaccination and deworming were quick although Dr Adriel were so patient and handle my cat with so much care. It was a pleasant visit after all. Would definitely come back to send my cat here again for his next visit. Thankyou so much for attending to our cat, Ollie. 🙂 We appreciate it so muchhh.
