This beautiful library welcomes everyone to work, study, and simply enjoy reading. Families can also bring their children to play in the kids' zone. I was initially worried about being asked to leave because I was wearing above-knee shorts, which multiple notices strictly prohibited. Thankfully, the staff didn't say anything; in fact, they smiled when I entered and offered assistance. No registration is required, and visitors don't need to put their bags in lockers.
During my visit, only the ground floor was accessible to the public. I believe the upper floors are reserved for events and reference books but were inaccessible for undisclosed reasons. A limited number of plug points are available at the columns, and staff permission is required before use.
