2 months agoGreat to deal with, my wife and i were in Phnom Penh in September this year we called in after walking past and on the spur of a moment they organised our taxi from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, boat to Koh Rong island, back to Sihanoukville, flight’s to Siem Reap than a taxi to Phnom Penh over a 3 week period, nothing was an issue and great pricing, went above and beyond, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?10 months agoExcellent visa agent very helpful and efficient. Gives you the best deal with no stress. Lovely lady that works there, she’ll do what she can to help out foreigners traveling in Cambodia. 100% would recommend.11 months agoI visited Khmer Views Travel Agent twice. Once I had to exchange dollars and buy Cambodian Riel. They gave me a totally fair exchange rate and I was able to get it done after the large chain exchange company closed for the evening.The next time I went to Khmer Views I needed their VISA AGENT service to get a visa to visit Vietnam. Steve helped me, he was very obviously experienced with the Vietnamese embassy while other agencies I talked to were clearly not.
The price was right and Steve delivered what he said he would before he said he’d have it. That last part was probably luck but these guys are competent and helpful. I confidently recommend this business to anyone who’s visiting Phnom Penh.
10 months agoI would not recommend getting a tourist visa extension from here.We dealt with Thary in the office and she spoke good English and seemed professional when we visited. We paid $50 USD each along with $5 USD to get our passports mailed to us once they had been done. This was for a 30 days extension. We were told it would take 7-10 business days to get our passports back.
A week later Thary messaged us and asked for our e-visa certificates. We sent them through and asked if everything was on track. We didn’t hear back.
A week later, when it had been 10 business days since we started the process, we tried to get back in contact with Thary to check for an update. She didn’t answer WhatsApp messages or calls, and both numbers listed for Khmer Views on their website were disconnected. This was quite stressful not knowing what was happening with our passports and being unable to make future travel plans. She eventually got back in contact with us a day later and told us it had only been 5 business days. So the process only started when we sent her our e-visa certificates. She acted like it was our fault for this delay when we had no idea she needed these. Surely she would know to ask for them when you are first handing over the passports.
It ended up taking almost three weeks to get our passports back and that was only after a Cambodian friend called up and spoke to her in Khmer (she answered his call but wouldn’t answer ours). Her communication with us throughout the whole process was horrible.
Find another place to do a visa extension that won’t ignore and mess you around like Khmer Views. It’s not worth the stress when it’s your passport you are dealing with.
11 months agoI booked a sleeping cabin bus ticket to Bangkok with pick-up at my hotel. First the pick-up did not happen so I called the lady (her name is Thary) who did not pick up. I called the number mentioned on the bus ticket, the guy told me to take a tuk tuk to come to the location. Then I got told that the sleeping cabin is only until the border and then it’s a minivan. I booked especially the cabin to have a proper sleep! This is a rip off, do not go there, unprofessional people!!!
