“A House is Made of Bricks & Beams, A Home is Made of Hopes & Dreams” – Unknown

Our matrimonial home journey began late 2020 where my wife & I began our search after renting for the previous few years in Pasir Ris. We found a relatively untouched resale loft condominium apartment nearby, and began our search for an Interior Design firm that would help us with renovations.

Out of the 11 ID firms that we had shortlisted and had site viewings, Paul & his team from PI Architects provided us with the most exciting and ideal designs for the renovations.

The client engagement from PI Architects was by far one of the most comprehensive and detailed processes, and we appreciated just how much of input exchange in designs, products and 2D rendering. Coupled with multiple meetings at their office in Aljunied and on-site, our dream home gradually began to gain shape and momentum.

Paul, Sarah and the rest of the PI Architects team were always open to our suggestions and opinions, and vice versa. Having also able to share all our ideas via threadboards was a plus point too.

The renovation team from Inspired Homes Pte Ltd led by Janet were also instrumental towards the physical aspect of the renovations. Paul and Janet, working in tandem on our home was both professional and inspirational (no pun intended!). The workmanship and regular updates by Janet gave us reassurance of the renovation time frame and client confidence of the products being used for the renovations.
