Seems to be a luxury cafe in Pakse. It belongs to a hotel. Good drinks and lovely staffs. Decorated Europe style. I like the way they put dried coffee bean under the surface of the tables and some B&W pictures on the wall.

We came here after a good recommendation from the Lonely Planet guide book.

Unfortunately they didn’t have nearly everything we wanted to order from the menu… No pizza, no macaroni cheese, no spinach and cheese bake…

We ended up going for the Spaghetti Marinana, I thought as a vegetarian I’d be safe with that, and the Stir Fried Cashew nuts but we asked for tofu instead as my partner doesn’t eat meat either.

The spaghetti Mariana was a seafood pasta dish (?!?!) and the other came with chicken. No where mentioned that the Marinana came with fish and where I come from its just a tomato based pasta sauce. When I asked they just didn’t understand, so I just ate around the fish in my food and my partner ended up eating onions and Peppers for 60,000k.

There are no where near enough vegetarian options and the ones that seem vegetarian have squid tenticles on…?

The staff were lovely but understood absolutely nothing of what we were saying so it was all pretty pointless. Whag I did eat was very tasty, but if you’re strict vegetarian then this is NOT the place for you.
