Even if you’re desperately hungry, I would not recommend you to go to this place at all. Service is very slow as there’s only ONE staff member attending the whole dining area and the cashier counter. And the staff is not friendly at all, soured face all the way even though they just opened for the day. Order is through the QR code ordering system. The food came quite late, almost 40 minutes for 2 normal sets with 3 tables occupied including us. Food quality is really bad, watered down asam laksa, they even use the CANNED pineapple for the condiment and it sucks big time.. Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng with the SMALLEST chicken piece ever, best to order the popcorn chicken. Even that was rock hard when we ordered the last time. Chicken sausage was fried to oblivion. Bitter taste due to the reused frying oil. The toast and half bolied eggs were okay. Nothing great. Drinks are just like everywhere with a swelled up price tag. Food is expensive and the quality really does not show at all. They need to really improve the service, food quality and number of staff. They should add more staff. Or else this place is just like Old Town Express without the “express” part.

Old Town White Coffee is all about its crunchy toast with nice SCS butter but they served toast that was not crunchy and it was margarine used in the toast instead of butter! Asked about it and they said butter was out of stock. This was despite us being the first customers of the day, no more butter. Was disappointed they did not inform when we ordered but left customers to find out for themselves. Drinks were alright. The aircon is not cold and the place felt warm.

Don’t come here. Go to another Old Town outlet. I like Old Town but this outlet is horrible. The coffee and Tea are like 10 times watered down. The noodles are tasteless.

My experience with my family here was very bad. First, no server came to give the menu book to take the order. secondly, I need a high chair for the baby and the waiter didn’t bring it, in fact, they told me to get it myself. third, the food and drink was quite late and there were no other customers at that time. fourth, the waiter who delivered our food order, was very bad for not taking care of the customer’s safety such as, not being careful while putting hot drinks next to my baby. I said well to hold the drink carefully. he even stated “I KNOW!”. besides, the server is very unethical. for putting a tray of food on our table, and asking us to lift our own food ourselves. Next, a waiter finishes his food order at one of the tables in the cafe. then he finished eating, he didn’t wash his hands but instead just wiped his hands using a table cloth only. and continue to deliver food orders to other customers’ tables. that is very unethical. That’s all my bad experience while enjoying food at this cafe. I hope there is an update for that server.

Salute to their service! Love the food and atmosphere. Amazing place to eat and take photo. There is a paid parking nearby so very convenient. Even though quite difficult to spot the restaurant ? but we managed. The staff super helpful and humble.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch. It was very busy when we arrived so we were politely asked to sit in a waiting area for 5-10 minutes. The menu is good and reasonably priced however despite a 10% service charge being added to the bill, you still need to go and order at the counter. We were brought a jug of water which was a nice touch and the food was tasty and worth the money. One small caveat was that my fries were slightly cold when they arrived but overall a very good experience.

So beautiful place to have our breakfast and tea time there. It’s exactly located at Jonker Street shop line. Just love the aesthetic vibe around the cafe and calm place. So much love to their pancakes that so yummy ?? I will go back there to have their pancake for sure. We tried the Tea Kombucha strawberry flavour and it’s really feel so refreshing. The price was a bit higher but have to try once to have their delicious dishes and the soothing environment. Thank me later ?

I love this cafe. Food quality is relatively decent and pricing is very reasonable. Staff are generally helpful too, except for this particular cashier, a girl with specs and a pony tail that does not give any greetings nor any eye contact, absolute rude. She just need to learn hospitality and the outlet would be perfect,

Anyhow, on food, tried the avo salmon salad and it’s great. The French toast was a miss cuz it’s way too dry with its breaded crumbs crust, totally not what I was wishing for. The big breakfast and pancakes were decent too.

Love the vibes too. Will certainly pay a visit here each time I’m in Melaka

Came here for breakfast on a weekend and since the restaurant doesn’t do bookings we had to wait a bit to get in but that was no problem, we waited around 10 minutes. The banana pancakes here are really nice and the eggs Benedict were an 7/10. They also have quite a big menu.Really nice place to hangout and a very beautiful place to be at, perfect for photos ?
