2 months agoI had a very pleasant dining experience when I visited Kapetolyo. There were 3 customers when I came in and I got accommodated immediately when I was ready to place my order. Staff on duty was very professional and friendly. Ambience is serene and relaxing. I ordered the cinnamon roll and black coffee – both divine! Price is reasonable. I will surely come back and would like to try their meals. Thanks for an excellent experience!6 months agoHave you ever been to the area around City Hall at night? If you get off the Central Terminal station and go back a little along the railroad tracks, you will see the illuminated square. A cafe on the corner. I’ve been here saveral times and love the homemade basil sauce pasta and sweet cinnamon rolls. The inside of the cafe is also nice and I like the view of the lights from there. It would be fun to take out a cold iced coffee from the cafe and chat with friends on the benches in the plaza! A cafe surrounded by illuminations… Doesn’t it brighten up your mood somehow?6 months agoThe cafe is at its best location! After arriving at the LRT 1 central station and before you start to walk going intramuros, luneta, National museum and other places around manila, you need a coffee in order to start your day. Best view and coffee. Love the interior and the outdoor dine as well. Love everything in here.a year agoAbsolutely love the place, the vibe is great and the coffee is truly worthy of being award-winning.You really have to think that it truly is possible that a cafe this nice, of this calibre, great interiors, well maintained, and this quality of coffee can be a project of the local government.
Indeed I also applaud SGD coffee for running it and setting the bar pretty high for this cafe.
Amazing, must-try in Manila for sure.
Edit: Visited them again on a Saturday, a busier day. They could work on improving serving times and it was a bit warm to our liking when there were more people.
7 months agoNever been here since nasobrahan ata sya sa hype last time kaya laging madaming tao.Fortunately, vacation time na so walang tao nung nagpunta kami (weekdays,~4pm).
Prices: expensive af, did not expect for this place to be this expensive
Athmosphere: very serene and aesthetic ng interior, unfortunately close ung upstairs area.
Service: took a longg time for nachos and cheese stick to be given to us. HOT Chocolate was served in a handleless cup (how tf should we drink this while hot????)
Food: not worth it for the price range, seriously, cheesticks- fat and not your kanto cheestick naman- worth 200+ is damn expensive though the sauce is good (salsa taste). Nachos- the meat was not beef/ground pork more like chorizo, the saucee tasted like nothing at all ?
Drinks: we all ordered hot chocolate which was super sweet you have to add water many times just to balance the flavor. It was thick and creamy, wished the mug/cup is with a holder ?♀️
Overall this is just your minsan lang place, wherein you just want to try new things ?

8 months agoSmall cafe with good food. Drinks for me could be better, but all the cakes that we tried, taste so good and yummy. Not all food is available, so we just take whatever is displayed. Seats are limited, and car park almost nonexistence. Price a little high but acceptable. I will come again and this place is recommended.11 months agoIt’s a small café, hidden somewhere in Malate. I love that it’s small (few people inside ? hihi). Good place to read books or get some work done! For the drinks, I tried the Mocha and Iced Latte. Both were good, would rate both drinks 8/10 ?
10 months agoThis place is a hidden gem in Malate, Manila. It has a cozy ambiance which is perfect for productivity or relaxation. I fell in love with the thai tea latte and the yakisoba. This has become one of my favorite places in Manila.a year agoIt’s a cute cafe along M.H Del Pilar Street, situated under Hop Inn.
