A good spot for foodie people and barkada food trips and also for a couple who wants to have chill vibes with various delicious foods. The live band adds up the lively ambiance of the Carbon Night Market. ❤️❤️??It changes my perspective about Carbon❤️. The Management did great making the Carbon more friendly, tidy and lively.

We love the new face of carbon. Very organized and customer-friendly. We feel much safer because of the lights: it’s so bright unlike before wherein it’s so dim and we’re afraid to go there at night. Love the improvement! Also, the prices aren’t compromised by the change so it’s a really good steal to go there and buy your necessities.

Amazing bustling place with never ending rows of mainly fruit and veg stalls which farmers come to sell until early morning hours. You can also browse through preloved clothing ukay ukay style (meaning to dig). Once you get hungry, head to the food market (follow the bbq smoke) where you can try all the Cebuano or even Korean delicacies. The array of fish, seafood and grills is unbelievable. You can wash it down with a smoothie or have hand-made ube (purple yam, local favourite) flavour ice cream.

Best to experience the place is by the very time it opens at 5pm. Bec there’s still plenty of chairs and tables to dine and its not yet too crowded. You’ll get to enjoy on checking each stall on the types of food they sell. Plus, you’ll have the sunset sky as your background.

My filipina wife shops here about every 10 days. Seafood literally straight from the sea. This open market is filled with lower price but absolutely fresh seafood and other meats. As an American, I still can’t get into the open market idea but my filipina wife absolutely loves it. And yes, from crabs to shrimp and fish, everything costs about half or less what I’d pay at Landers or Robinsons. I’ve eaten pork, chicken and scallops from this market and it tastes great. I guess I’m getting used to living in the Philippines. That said, it’s open air and mostly caters to locals. But it’s a big market with everything. Go early morning and you’re guaranteed everything is fresh.

Maybe the management need a renovation for the drainage of the market to avoid a bad smell.

Small, neat. Fresh fish, pork, vegetables. There are some small shop on level 2. I didn’t go to level 3 because I guessed that the market was impacted heavily by Covid

A good place to purchase the basic ingredients for your meal. I just have an issue with the cleanliness of the place. They sometimes put their goods on the ground. I saw vegetables before exposed to the filth of the wet floor.
