I went to the pharmacy in a hurry and they said one medicine costs $25. Can this drug be sold to Vietnamese people? Pharmacies and pharmacists who lie to foreigners must disappear. This pharmacy doesn’t have good reviews. Never go there!

Whenever I go to a lot of pharmacity, mostly they said “nah” about my medicine. I was disappointed a bit. There are so many pharmacity but I dont want to look around whole day. However this store has enough supply about most of medicine compared to other store. It is near backpackers street. For next visit, I will review 5 stars for me.

This pharmacity is bigger than many other locations in town. You can also park your scooter right outside here.

If there were 0 stars, I would give 1 vote The employee on duty on the night shift from January 10, 2024 to the morning of January 11, 2024, about 1m75 tall, with a pockmarked face, thin eyes, short hair with a few strands of gray, made things difficult for me in every way so that I could not return the goods.

The story is that at 4 o’clock, I had a high fever so I ran to 124 district sewer. 1 to buy medicine and I ran over, walked inside and told the staff member, “Get me a day’s medicine for fever, sore throat, phlegm but no cough.” The hospital staff member replied, “Swallowing saliva hurts.” Is it burning? Actually, I did, so I answered yes. Then he said, “I have a sore throat, it won’t go away in one day. Take 3 days.” I knew the salesperson was forcing me, so I went. I went out to talk and my wife told me about the situation inside. Then I went in and saw my friend trying to get the medicine. I asked if it was expensive. I didn’t have money to pay. You said it was a bit expensive. I asked how much it was but I didn’t answer. , then you take it out to cut, I’m sure you’ve already pressed the bill on the machine but I keep trying to ask how much the price is but I know you draw money, you just keep humming to ignore it, then you even distracting me so I don’t think about it anymore, like talking about how to curl it, I already cut and sealed it for me in a while, then I asked the price you quoted which was 172k for 6 doses of fever medicine. , I felt expensive, I didn’t want to take it, I was about to go home but I found it very strange, that guy had carefully cut and packaged this and that but it would be strange if I didn’t take it, so I paid and left. The employee didn’t say a word of thanks to the customer or anything, saying he was quiet and not doing anything, but he also didn’t tell me that if I took the medicine out of the store, I wouldn’t be able to return it, so I thought. I thought it was 6 packs of medicine but it was almost 200k. Usually I bought 3 packs of medicine near my house for 20k, so I was very angry so I went back and asked to return the medicine. You told me that you took it out of the store and there was no refund. Okay, you said it was clearly written on the bill. To be honest, I couldn’t stand it. It was 4:10 a.m. and it was very cold outside. I had a very high fever, so there wasn’t anyone free to read it. In that situation, what people need is to want to go home quickly because they are very tired, but I wonder what if someone is illiterate, with that kind of forced selling, those people Like those good-natured friends who are afraid of bothering others, they charge for whatever they give. Being a pharmacist dispenses medicine to cure diseases and save people like that, in the end, I was made difficult by my friends. After that, he told me that I had agreed to buy 3 days of medicine. When did I agree? I just made the payment for him, but if I had already left the store, the street would be deserted at night, so I was in a hurry. When I got home, I couldn’t run fast enough. I was so angry that I returned to that place in less than 10 minutes. It was difficult for me to change it. So after buying the medicine, I couldn’t change it after one step outside, and when I got home, I texted them. Pharmacity’s page also texted me complaining about my experience, then they told me they were sorry for this bad experience and then they didn’t care and didn’t resolve it for me. I just want to return the medicine for 2 days. That’s because I only need 1 day, if you don’t allow me to change it, it’s a no!!! When people go to buy medicine, they avoid the expensive pharmacity ones. If they sell them, they force them to buy them, and the prices are a bit higher than out there but still acceptable, but they take the expensive ones and sell them to you. First, if you know about medicine, tell him to get it, otherwise you’ll be doomed to be charged for it.

This morning around 5:30 a.m. on November 24, 2023. I have a delivery book to order medicine (I called the delivery guy, and he gave me his phone to discuss directly). The person talking to me is a female “Pharmacist”. I asked to order 5 packs of Phosphalugel wrapped in the letter P. The person asked me back, “Hey sister, this is a medicine for stomach pain”. And only sell 6 packs, not retail. I continue to order another box of 20 packets of Oresol powder. Then you don’t sell boxes, only packages. After waiting more than 3 minutes for you to check the goods. Then you told me that Oresol is sold in boxes, not in packages.

Number 1: From the beginning, this “Pharmacist”‘s sales attitude was very strange. Why are you so surprised when I buy Phosphalugel? My family member has a stomach ache and needs it urgently, so I still have to spend time explaining to you why I bought it 🙂 Then maybe the customer has a fever and a headache and comes in to buy Acetaminophen – you ask again, “Hey, medicine.” “This is a pain reliever” :)) Do you think the question is redundant and very rude? :))

Second: I wanted to buy a whole box of Oresol powder of 20 packs (because I know Pharmacity doesn’t sell retail) – but you said you don’t sell boxes. When I agreed to buy 5 packs, you didn’t sell packs – only boxes. So in the end you want to make things difficult for customers?

=> After your sales attitude, I myself am a Pharmacist – I feel ashamed because you are also a “Pharmacist” :)) you work without any medical ethics. Please refuse to buy products from Pharmacity Cong Quynh, if you spend money to receive this attitude, you will be fine.
