a month agoBeautiful beach in the bay of Dili, watched over by the Cristo Rei of Dili statue to its north.a year agoIt was a nice evening walk and the way to spend Thursday afternoon for a short stay at the end of a business trip. On Saturdays you can actually join WHO-organized walks from Dili to Cristo Rei and back. Has to be really early morning as even at 8 am in November is quite hot. recommend sunrise or sunset.a year agoA beautiful but very peaceful beach in Dili. Sandy beach with warm water, where you will love to take a plunge. This area is very well connected through a good road with the city. The drive to the beach is also scenic. Wait at the beach to witness a charming sunset. Weekends maybe slightly crowded, but during the week days you will be all alone. Place is more or less safe. The statue of Cristo Rei provides a great view when the evening lights are switched on.2 years agoClose to downtown, very crowded in the afternoon or weekend. Better to come here in the morning because its quite. Garbage is everywhere, eventhough the beach is nice, the sand is white. Never miss drinking coconut water here while enjoying the view. Lets take care the beautiful nature of Timor Leste!a month agoNice place, good to visit in the morning with bicycle/MTB
