great place for yoga after working hours.

yet, it’s a bit less suitable for one of the teachers who teaching quite hard — I feel like not doing yoga (quiet, peaceful)

also the teacher tell me that my basic yoga is so miserably instead of teaching me in a good way (since 2018 doing yoga, I never met hardcore teacher like that)

but overall, I love to do Yoga here especially with Ms Ricca.

Strength & flexibility so nice after working. The receptionist is so warm & nice. The studio is so clean & great!

    Love it ?

I have been doing yoga classes here twice a week for the past month (joining Gentle Yoga and Beginner Core Yoga class with Mbak Hanna).

What I love about this place is that it’s “small” enough so it feels intimate and the instructor can pay attention to us. For an introvert like myself, I don’t feel the anxiety of not being good enough. The classes offered are basic classes/for beginners, so I can feel myself being improved step by step every time I visit.

Colour Yoga provides the mat, blocks, dutch-pillows, and locker to store your things. Yes, it doesn’t have shower room, but since I join the night class, I can take shower at home anyway.

This place has a great atmosphere, outside, in the waiting room, and of course, inside the classroom. Not just that, but also the lessons are great. I’ve learned so much from it and there are a lot of benefits from my 4 years of doing yoga. Overall, amazing ?

I look forward to each class at Colour Yoga. I take Basic Iyengar and Vinyasa classes with Rulia. She’s passionate about what she does and truly wants to help you through your journey.

The studio is clean and has a peaceful ambience. Classes are offered at reasonable prices and include all the equipment you need to practice. Just bring your own towel and ample water because you will sweat!

Last but not least, Imelda, the owner, is so kind and responsive. Thanks to her, we all have a wonderful studio to practice in ?

Bikram Yoga is a system of hot yoga, a type of yoga as exercise, devised by Bikram Choudhury and based on the teachings of B. C. Ghosh, that became popular in the early 1970s. Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practised in a room heated to 105 °F (41 °C) with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India. The room is fitted with carpets and the walls are covered in mirrors. The instructor may adjust the students' yoga postures. Choudhury's teaching style was abrasive.Bikram Yoga spread rapidly across America and the Western world, reaching a peak of some 1,650 studios in at least 40 countries in 2006. Choudhury attempted to copyright the Bikram Yoga sequence from 2011, but was ultimately unsuccessful. In 2016, facing lawsuits and accusations of sexual assault, Choudhury fled to India, leaving Bikram Yoga, Inc. to be run by others.
