What an absolutely transformative experience. I am so deeply grateful to the friendly staff who greeted with a warm welcome when I first arrived at the retreat location. Their hospitality ensured my comfort, and every meal was not only delightful but also a testament to their care. There is a relaxing spa and pool which made for a good relaxing spot after the morning yoga class. The yoga teachers provided exceptional guidance and demonstrated the yoga poses and lead us in the practise.

Definitely a good place to relax, unwind after long hours of working literally every day. Left the place with a fulfilled heart. Definitely will be back again. Sending all the staff there so much love!

It was an incredible experience to spend a week at the Blooming Lotus yoga retreat. I loved every minute of it. The teachers were amazing and truly passionate about breath work , meditation and yoga and explaining the roots of yoga and why we were doing what we were doing, which was really useful. The villas and the whole campus was an oasis of beauty and piece. Perfect place to relax at. And the food was so tasty and beautifully presented, cooked with love by a passionate chef who came every evening to tell us what we were eating. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel recharged, understand more about yoga, find answers etc. Thank you so much! namaste ?????‍♀️

I recently completed the 200hr yoga teacher training with Blooming Lotus Yoga School, and I can’t express how transformative this experience has been. The wealth of resources and knowledge shared during the training was truly remarkable, providing me with a solid foundation for my future.

One of the highlights was the invaluable teaching opportunities we had. These hands-on experiences allowed me to grow as a yoga teacher in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I must also mention Mandy, our asana teacher, who was always there to help and guide us with her personal experiences. Her dedication and expertise was instrumental in enhancing our asana practice and understanding.

The teachings, guidance and support from Lily and Ramananda, were invaluable. Their wisdom and insights brought a profound depth to the training that I will carry with me throughout my teaching journey.

Overall, Blooming Lotus Yoga School has created a nurturing and enriching environment for aspiring yoga teachers. I am deeply grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a holistic yoga teacher training program. Thank you, Blooming Lotus, for the incredible journey!

I would also like to mention that during my training with Blooming Lotus Yoga School, I had the privilege of staying at UbudCorner88, and it was nothing short of wonderfull. The staff at UbudCorner88 were not only friendly but also incredibly caring and always willing to help, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.

The accommodation itself was a luxurious haven, providing a perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. The serene surroundings and comfortable rooms offered a peaceful retreat after our intensive training sessions.

Furthermore, the food at UbudCorner88 was a delightful surprise. The delicious and nourishing meals added to the overall experience, keeping us energised and satisfied throughout the program.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during this transformative journey.

I joined the 200 hours yoga teacher training program in Bali yoga school in Oct., it was overall an amazing journey. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experiences from the teachers and classmates. During Sundays and some hours during the weekdays there were also different activities that we can choose to participate or not. Besides these, the accommodation and the staffs there were also extremely nice and friendly. Only that the schedule can be quite intense but at the end of the day everything is worth it. It was an unforgettable experience and the best decision I’ve made so far in 2023.

I joined Bali Yoga School for 100 hours YTT at first, but then after I learned about the school, the teachers, the programs which are associated with the Himalayan Yoga course, I decided to extend my course to 200 hours. I’ll tell you why; The school situated just outskirt of Ubud center which is perfect for me because it is not as busy as the center yet I can go to many great places around Ubud within few minutes. The accomodation has a swimming pool & private massage area. My room was spacious and cleaned everyday. I love the vegan satvik buffet that they served and appreciate that the school trying to accomodate everyone’s taste by providing different menu twice a week. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The teachers were teriifics, Santi, Ida, Nikki, Bablu, Chiara, Dviya. Thanks to their knowledge, wisdoms, teaching experience of all aspects of Yoga & endless support, I received so much more than I expected. The programs were curated as is, so it’s compact, intensive but inserted with fun activities such as yoga on the beach, water purification, cooking class & more. The other valuable thing from joining the course is the friendship & support from my fellow class mates that I will cherish them. Ofcourse there are few minor things that made the place not all perfect but It is definetly a one stop Yoga Teacher Training school that I highly recommend here in Bali.

Absolutely recommend Bali Yoga School for yoga teacher training. They follow the Himalayan Yoga Association’s curriculum in India which includes many traditional and spiritual elements.

I was very lucky with my teachers who were caring and put their heart into transferring the knowledge and getting to know students. Also had a teacher who came from the Himalayan Yoga Association from India who ensured the quality across the locations is similar – that made a huge difference.

In the asana classes, they perfected my poses, received many corrections during each class due to the smaller size of 100h students. Note, there’s a quality inconsistency difference between the groups. The 200h group usually being larger, they received less adjustments than us. Would probably recommend to further split the 200h group for asana practice.

The school is fast to react to feedback. We had an anatomy teacher who many had teaching methodology challenges with and the school got a new teacher. However, I couldn’t experience that.

The facilities is great! Relaxing ambience with many greens, fish ponds, cute dogs and turtles and a serene family temple in the backyard. The food is absolutely amazing, following sattvic diet. Yet potential to improve in streamlining the acommodation experience. I was incredibly lucky with a sunny room facing the pool, while others encountered leaking walls, mould and noise.

The staff is extremely nice and do their best to acommodate you. They take conscious effort to memorize your name and get to know you – such a kind group of people. There’s daily cleaning of rooms. Suggestion for the team to also focus cleaning the yoga mats / props or make the cleansers more available.

Overall, can recommend Bali Yoga School and would re-do my experience. I would’ve probably stayed for the 200h training, if the anatomy teacher was a good one from the very start.

Choosing Bali Yoga school for a yoga , meditation and breathing techniques course was one of the best decisions in my life. The course has been well organised , the teachers were very knowledgeable and very engaging, which created amazing atmosphere . Loved how the classes were structured ,as we had theoretical and practical part of different styles of yoga , yoga philosophy , meditation practise , and breathing techniques. On top of that amazing excursions were organised on each Sunday. The food was delicious, as well as the place, I swam every day in this beautiful swimming pool , and on top of that 1 full body massage was included in the price of the course . Highly recommended it .

I had an incredible month here for my YTT. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Teachers are full of knowledge and wisdom and I loved being trained by them and had conversations about yoga and life. The quality of training her has been really high, the practice and the learnings has been really deep. The facilities had everything I needed; really tasty and healthy food everyday, refreshing pool, very spacious rooms and comfy beds. The school has also arranged multiple tours for us, and also provided help when we wanted to organize different activities. The time I spent here has been irreplaceable and there is nowhere else I would have preferred to have done my training. It has been a life changing experience, and I am so grateful for lifelong friendship I made and unmeasurable learnings I have gained thanks to the school. Thank you Dewa, Ida, Bablu, Chiara, Nikki, Shanti, Divya and all the staff for everything ??

Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practised in a room heated to 105 °F (41 °C) with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India. The room is fitted with carpets and the walls are covered in mirrors. The instructor may adjust the students' yoga postures. Choudhury's teaching style was abrasive.Bikram Yoga spread rapidly across America and the Western world, reaching a peak of some 1,650 studios in at least 40 countries in 2006. Choudhury attempted to copyright the Bikram Yoga sequence from 2011, but was ultimately unsuccessful. In 2016, facing lawsuits and accusations of sexual assault, Choudhury fled to India, leaving Bikram Yoga, Inc. to be run by others.
