I do however think that the instructor is lovely and I’m sure she’s great with other styles like vinyasa or hatha! So wouldn’t mind going back for another, more active class with her.:)

2 weeks agoI am a relative novice at yoga but decided to give it a go while staying in Luang Prabang for a few days. I went 3 times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sansany is a brilliant teacher, so encouraging and supportive and I found it so easy to connect and understand her. She gave me lots of help with the poses so I now feel I have a much better understanding. She’s inspired me to practice more yoga when I return to the UK and I only hope I find a teacher as good as she clearly is. I would definitely recommend this class ?6 months agoThis amazing little studio/co-op has been a part of the Luang Prabang community and traveler experience for years and is truly a gem! Their commitment to yoga and the community is evident. Quality of teachers is outstanding and you can count on a warm welcome and high-quality classes for all levels. Highly recommend!!3 months agoWe went for an evening yin class recently and found the instructor to be super friendly and helpful. The stretches were very nice, however, it didn’t feel like a typical relaxing yin class, like we’ve done elsewhere. Partly because it was more active (occasionally felt like a flow class) and partly because of noise from the restaurant (not the instructors fault). Not quite the right fit for us.I do however think that the instructor is lovely and I’m sure she’s great with other styles like vinyasa or hatha! So wouldn’t mind going back for another, more active class with her.:)
a month agoI was a beginner joining this class. I didn’t know how I would fare, after not having experienced yoga for nearly 10yrs. Sansany welcomed me with open arms, & asked if I had done any yoga in the past. I explained that I was not very experienced. Then she put my mind at ease, & said she would watch my technique & help me correct it, as & when. As the session progressed, on a few occasions Sansany made sure my posture was correct (by coming around & adjusting my body), as well as helping me with any challenging parts to do with my balance. She instructed me when to use the pillow, foam bricks & straps, & I appreciated this very much. Overall, I really enjoyed the class with Sansany. She was very encouraging & gave me positive reinforcement throughout. I decided to come back the following morning for another session with her, & I found that I was less tight & was already improving. I hope to join more classes with her the next time I’m in Luang Prabang.Related articles:- The 7 Largest Water Park in Pakse
