Was told to sign up for the maximum package of 24 sessions for my mum There was no improvement at all after coming 3 times a week for an hour which includes writing notes! When complained to the incharge, was told that it will take time! The incharge never even bothered to come and assess my mum inspite of complaining When asked for a refund, was told that there’s no refund which was not informed to me before signing for the package When agreed to refund,i was charged an extra RM 200 per session and cancellation fees! Totally unprofessional and very arrogant! Very $ minded!!!!

Louis has been my teacher for many years and one can be reassured that you will get the best guidance in yoga practice in Yoga Sadhana. Both Parveen & Louis conduct their classes with extremely clear and cautious instructions. Both their teachings compliment each other. Practicing yoga in their well equipped, airy & clean studio ( & during this time of pandemic via zoom) , their professionalism will help students to grow together with them in strength , balance , peace & happiness. Namaste

One of the best place for learning yoga and they have a great community that’s always keen to help and share. Helped in improving my slip disc situation, knowledgeable teacher who works closely with students to understand their challenges. Clean place with well equipped tools to assist students to get into certain poses. The moment I step into the center, gives a senses of peacefulness. Highly Recommended for those who are looking for a place to learn yoga as well as a place to further spiritual journey

I attended and completed 200 hours TTC taught by Acharya Shri Parveen Nair and Shri Louis Lim in Malacca (2018-2019). Wow!! this experience was amazing. The 200 hr TTC is definitely essential for those who wish to become yoga teacher. This course gives a good background knowledge of theory, anatomy n philosophy knowledge , as well as practice. The teachers are very professional and supportive to students. I enjoyed the course so much!! This place works if you are beginner because they have a class to teach the basics. Really love the way we are guided step by step. The teachers are well trained and have sufficient quality to teach you. Also highly recommend this studio to anyone who interested in deepening their practice and supporting YOGA for all!

Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practised in a room heated to 105 °F (41 °C) with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India. The room is fitted with carpets and the walls are covered in mirrors. The instructor may adjust the students' yoga postures. Choudhury's teaching style was abrasive.Bikram Yoga spread rapidly across America and the Western world, reaching a peak of some 1,650 studios in at least 40 countries in 2006. Choudhury attempted to copyright the Bikram Yoga sequence from 2011, but was ultimately unsuccessful. In 2016, facing lawsuits and accusations of sexual assault, Choudhury fled to India, leaving Bikram Yoga, Inc. to be run by others.
