Went for my Podiatry Appointment today. There’s a Patient Care Assistant who stood next to where patients can press the button for number queue. I was waiting for my turn after two people ahead of me got assisted but when it’s my turn, that damn guy ignored me and went to sit on his stupid, miserable cube desk near the entrance door. I said to myself, ‘Was it just me he ignored?’. So as I was sitting down, waiting for my turn to be registered, I saw several patients coming in and he STOOD UP TO ASSIST THEM! ? Well, well, well! Is that how you assist patients with favouritism?! No manners. No etiquette. Unprofessional.
