  Good service and friendly staff. While on holiday, I went to the ER for a fall and they did X-rays and found a pneumothorax. I was scheduled for surgery that evening and stayed for 2 days. Very bare bones. Since I was on solo travel, I had to hire a private nurse as a caretaker to help get up, use the restroom, or sponge bath at a rate of ~$80 USD a day

  I had the worst experience with this hospital today! We arrive around 7pm for my appointment and the guard at the entrance was not wearing a facemask and just using his phone while on duty. When we tried to get in he didn’t let us enter the building and he just wore his facemask because we complained that there people inside the lobby sitting and chitchatting without wearing a mask and also we saw a bunch of people entered the building without wearing a facemask and the guard didn’t see that because he is using his phone while on duty! If you make a policy please check your staff and guards if they are properly doing their job without being unjust and bias! I understand that you have your policy but your hospital staffs should also be the first one to apply it to themselves before to other people!!!!!!!! I was in pain and needed to attend my appointment. THAT GUARD WAS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE

  Staff was very nice. The surgery was good. We stayed there for around 3 hours since we arrived for the emergency service. Can’t complain about the time. It was not a life or death situation so we know we have to wait. Good hospital and staff

  I had a good experience. The hospital is rather clean,the staff are friendly and helpful. Also after every session, I had to do the payment directly to the staff so there was no waiting time for that.
