  Good service and friendly staff. While on holiday, I went to the ER for a fall and they did X-rays and found a pneumothorax. I was scheduled for surgery that evening and stayed for 2 days. Very bare bones. Since I was on solo travel, I had to hire a private nurse as a caretaker to help get up, use the restroom, or sponge bath at a rate of ~$80 USD a day

  I had the worst experience with this hospital today! We arrive around 7pm for my appointment and the guard at the entrance was not wearing a facemask and just using his phone while on duty. When we tried to get in he didn’t let us enter the building and he just wore his facemask because we complained that there people inside the lobby sitting and chitchatting without wearing a mask and also we saw a bunch of people entered the building without wearing a facemask and the guard didn’t see that because he is using his phone while on duty! If you make a policy please check your staff and guards if they are properly doing their job without being unjust and bias! I understand that you have your policy but your hospital staffs should also be the first one to apply it to themselves before to other people!!!!!!!! I was in pain and needed to attend my appointment. THAT GUARD WAS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE

  Staff was very nice. The surgery was good. We stayed there for around 3 hours since we arrived for the emergency service. Can’t complain about the time. It was not a life or death situation so we know we have to wait. Good hospital and staff

  I had a good experience. The hospital is rather clean,the staff are friendly and helpful. Also after every session, I had to do the payment directly to the staff so there was no waiting time for that.

  Welcome Kit- charged to the patient. No cable tv. Shower head – with thick lime buildup and molds. Hairs in the bathroom floor drainage upon my arrival in the room. They don’t have everything stock in their pharmacy., you need to buy it yourself if they don’t have it otherwise you will be charged if they will be the one to procure it for you. I got charged for 500 without letting me know of it first and despite me disputing the charge they never refunded me for it. Had to keep reminding the nursing staff of my sitz bath session. I am not recommending this hospital.

  The lab department at Ace hospital in Tagbilaran is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. They couldn’t care less about getting your results to you when you were told they would be ready In fact they can’t even find the results. I spent 2,000 pesos on the 28th of September 2023 and was told I would have them in 5 days, here it is October 11th 2023 and I’m still trying to get my results or get my money back and everyone’s Not returning my calls or my texts or emails for that matter. If there was a rating for no stars that’s what I would give them.

  The most unprofessional, inefficient, and uncomfortable medical center I’ve ever visited. Try it and you’ll regret it. The doctor at the ER just left w/o any more explanation because his shift is over, leaving my father waiting for the next doctor to begin his shift. And everything else is just as messy.

  quite surprised my father had to undergo surgery and has NOT seen the surgeon even once in his whole extended hospital stay – 2 nights postop and only told on his 3rd day that the doctor did not dischage him yet, without explanation why. Ended up staying 4 days in total at the hospital (hospital-acquired infection in mind, also considering all were seniors). Nurses and other staff were great.

  However, thinking this is a private facility, I was hoping for a better patient care from the physician / surgeon.

  Only finally able to see the surgeon face-to-face on his one week post-op followup.

  Good thing father is okay and doing well.
