Great services, I came at midnight without waiting, and the nurse and doctor took immediate action to diagnose my symptoms

All staff are kind and caring, the cleaning team are very polite and bless me get well soon everyday.

The negative part will be that some meals are not my taste and my room is noisy as currently there is a construction behind the hospital.

Both experience outpatient: for a simple urine test and X R total time staying there 4 hours . Main registration counter most of the time rude. Inpatient: waiting 3 hours with kids to have a room. They don’t want to talk about anything if you have an insurance that is not in their list of insurance (Thai insurance). They just let you wait on a chair untill you pay before treating you even though my insurance agrees to cover everything. The rooms are omg so old and so expensive comparing to other international brand new hospital. Only small bed for kid inpatient room that is normally double mattress bed on the floor suitable for toddler. In the past when it was Phuket hospital price was cheaper and facilities much more better. Registration counter for pediatric side was super rude. Nurses are nice and gentle. Both out and inpatient. Accounting and insurance staffs are not qualified can’t speak English at all . Not helpful just come to ask every hour is I contacted myself the insurance. Foreign language intervenants are friendly but not doing anything that can help me translate with the accountant or insurance.

My wife stayed in this hospital after slipping and breaking her foot and leg in 4 places. We arrived by taxi and were seen to quickly. Once booked in we were taken to emergency where my wife was x-rayed and given pain relief. The doctor spoke to us and advised surgery due to the nature of the injury. The surgery was completed that night and the quality of stitches and aftercare was very good. My wife is a nurse in the UK but spoke highly of the care she received. Whilst we had insurance that covered the cost of the treatment the overall bill was very reasonable compared to what we were expecting and other countries. On our return to the UK medical staff were complimentary on the detail of the medical notes and the treatment my wife received. Everyone was very caring and helpful

I do not recommend going to this hospital. They couldn’t help the baby. We spent more than 2 hours in the hospital and no one gave me medicine. They arrived urgently with vomiting and left with vomiting. Nobody helped. The doctor asked me to take care of paperwork, buy medicine and choose my own treatment tactics. This is the worst hospital experience. The receptionists just stood and waved their arms instead of helping us take medications. The doctor in the photo examined the child without gloves with long nails and did not explain anything.

We came here after a skateboard accident of my 11 year-old son. When we had a surgery to install pins, we were assigned an orthopedic surgeon, before the surgery doctor didnt inform that us he would not straighten the bones correctly nor after the surgery. He also only put a soft cast under the broken arm so every time we had to clean his wound the hospital needs to move his arm in and out of the cast which means its easy for the bone to move every other day for 4-6 weeks when we get the wound cleaned. We also didnt get informed that there are other options for a hard cast on both sides of the arm so that it doest move and stay fixed. We went back to the hospital on the 3rd day after surgery and the doctor still didn’t inform. We then went to Bangkok Hospital in Chiangmai to get his wound cleaned and was noticed by a doctor that the pin was pushed and pressed on the skin. We then went to Chiangmai’s medical faculty of the Chiangmai University of Medicine for their reputation and specialists to see a pediatric orthopedic surgeon to plan on getting the pins removed after 4-6 weeks. We were informed that the bone wasn’t straightened properly. Then we get an xray to confirm and we were suggested that if we would like to get it straightened we can do that to lessen the chance of the bone grow improperly. We also was confirmed that the pin was pushed and pressed on the skin too much. We then had the second surgery and was put on a hard cast on both sides of the arm so that it doest move and stay fixed and just leave the pin part opened. We tried to inform the hospital but neither the doctor or the hospital management team see/accept their malpractice. We had to submit all the medical reports and xray to our insurance in the US , Anthem, Blue Cross, after reviewing all the paperwork and medical reports then only reimburse the second surgery expenses due to “malpractice” of the Siriroj hospital. I understand completely that hospital is a big business but From having meeting with them, they have no medical ethics or ethics at all. We can only appeal to ส.ส.จ. or provincial public heath.

The level of care here is world-class. The doctors and nurses are very attentive, I felt like they are very thorough. Better than a lot the care I have received in Australia.

They are also very beautiful people, so lovely to deal with. There is some training happening also, so the price is very reasonable for the level of care you receive.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much for healing my leg!

My wife and daughter were suffering from severe vomiting. We called the clinic and they sent a Dr and a nurse to the hotel. They were super polite and very well equipped and easy communication in English and payment via credit card. It was expensive but the level of service was amazing. Thank you for the great care.

I highly recommend any traveller needing medical treatment to come here. Staff are very welcoming and most importantly deliver excellent medical services! I’ve had many stitches (sutures) over the years and I was very impressed how incredibly skilled Nunn is. The doctor and Nunn fixed a laceration to my elbow in no time at all. No wait time and you can walk right in.
