I needed to convert bahts to VND, and the male clerk at the counter was so helpful over the phone – he checked to see if he had VND in stock and they certainly did. It was my first time exchanging currency and he explained everything thoroughly, walking me through how debit / credit cards are not that beneficial with ATM/exchange fees and how exchanging cash does not incur any additional charges. I checked the exchange rate on Google from 1 baht to VND and it said it was 0.0015. The exchange store matched that amount! 5/5 recommend

3 months agoNot a fair exchange for your money. My bank would have given me a better rate. However, you will receive good friendly english speakers professionals.4 months agoReally great experience. The exchange was higher than other booths we checked out and the person at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very transparent and reputable in dealing with us – they had a printed exchange listing rates and used a calculator in front of us. They also were able to exchange multiple different currencies very clearly. We felt incredibly comfortable doing business here and would highly recommend it.2 months agoBest place to exchange cash!I needed to convert bahts to VND, and the male clerk at the counter was so helpful over the phone – he checked to see if he had VND in stock and they certainly did.
