Not at all what I would imagine a ‘bamboo train’ to look like. Powered by a motor, so it’s incredibly loud and not relaxing. It doesn’t take you anywhere particularly interesting. For $5 there are much more fun things to do in the area. This was a massive waste of time for me.

I highly recommend this bus company, it was like an air flight than bus with complementary water and a snack tea or coffee the staff were amazing. Don’t hesitate book it, best bus company in south east Asia. Also excellent service at ticket office purchasing the tickets!!!

Great half day activity. Bikes were great quality and very safe, and helmets and water was provided. Guides were very knowledgeable and explained the lifestyle and jobs of the local families and businesses we visited. All stops were very welcoming and interesting. We got to see rice paper being made, a pig farm where flavoured rice wine is made, some banana treats being made, some lovely local fruit, and some sticky bamboo rice. 100% would recommend
