I take my dog to this clinic, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism they provide. The staff are friendly and make me and my pet feel comfortable. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and has a calm atmosphere. Dr Goh and her team are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions. They show genuine concern for my pet’s well-being and it’s clear they have a deep love for animals. The treatment my dog receives is top-notch, and I feel confident in the care they get. Chose this place due to convenience but the service here is ridiculously bad despite making appointment I have to wait here for 50 minutes to enter the consultation room. Please respect peoples time not to be wasted waiting. This will be my last visit.
