  Took very long and the post man was being difficult and wanted to see each and every item I had in the package to send home. (Souvenirs and used clothing). I almost walked away. I really hope my package makes it. Not a pleasant experience.

  I sent two postcards and two small 100g packages to the US easily. Postcard rate to the US was 10k, up to 100g stuffed into a large envelope was 212k. Cash only, so come prepared. Clerk was very helpful, thank you!

  Have item purchased on eBay sent through post service which ended at Ubud post office. No notification of received item has been sent nor courier used a little intelligence to find precisely described location nor phone call has been received for delivery attempt. Lately post office manager said they send WhatsApp message on the local number they assumed has to be on WhatsApp but assumption was wrong. Finally they sent item back to the custom which has a lot of complications and time consuming to receive it. Has to submit for refund and upset seller for obviously not his mistake. Previously post office workers gave misleading answers regarding other items received by them and only insisting request helped to find them there. Better use other services like DHL or UPS for sending your parcels here.

  Went here and was quoted 1 million for boat shipping and 1.5 million for plane plus 50,000 for a box. Man said “Cash Only.” Went to another post office and was quoted 805k with box included express plane shipping and the second place takes credit card. My item was 2kg of clothes I didn’t want to carry around.

  I paid 100K to send 4 postcards. The staff said they would arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, it’s been over 2 months and they haven’t reached their destination. This isn’t my first time sending postcards internationally, so the prolonged delay is confusing.

  What adds to the frustration is the inconsistency in pricing. A staff member told me to pay 90k for 3 postcards, however the previous day, I paid only 10k to send another postcard. The sudden price hike of 20k per postcard raises concerns, making me question the transparency of their services.
