4 years agoI had a bag of clothes to send back to the UK. The staff were helpful and boxed it all up for me. For a package weighing just over 1.7kg, it cost 414,000 kip to send to the UK. You also have to pay an extra 10,000 kip to the customs desk after getting your parcel stamped. They said it’d take around two weeks to arrive – hopefully it does! Postcards and some souvenirs are also available. Prices are fixed and the same or even lower priced than from touristy shops. Service was lovely.a year agoTerrible service! I sent a letter, paid for tracking. They said that the letter will be arriving in two weeks. One month later the letter still in route and doesn’t tracking since 15 December. What the hell!
