a month agoNeed to post some documents, got to take a queue number just to buy the hard envelope. Then after filling up the addresses, will have to go back to the same counter for processing of posting, which by that time the officer is processing another customer request who had taken another queue number. Besides, I had to go back way front near the entrance table just to fill up the details then walk back to the counter to pay for posting again. Totally inefficient and poor planning and a waste of my time waiting two times for the queue. Can you follow West Mall setting where we can get the envelope ourselves from the a self service counter, then after filling up the details then we queue once only to pay for both the envelope and the posting.2 months agoBad experience with a malay lady during 6.20pm was supposed to go to counter 3 but she didn’t check the customer queue no.I went to the wrong counter 4 the chinese staff highlighted it to me. Then i waited for counter 3 as the guy from next queue no went over to counter 3 but the system to have skip my number so i took a new number as I don’t know to wait for my old or new number. But counter 4 staff apologies it to me and counter 3 didn’t if she has rejected the person after me. I do not need to wait that long. I have spoken to the higher management hopefully that the malay gal customer service was better as there are cctv around.2 months agoWas served by counter 5 staff today, she was very helpful. She advised me on how to make my item fit into a letterbox for tracked mail!5 months agoFauziah or fazila is not helpful. One of the worst makcik works there. You can at least show some interest in helping clients to deal with not providing docs. Im so disappointed with the service given. Please do not book to collect your passport here. Terrible service.a year agoI had visited Singpost to purchase my CBS report yesterday afternoon 3-4pm, the staff at counter number 4 pass me a form and point me to another side to fill out the form After fill out the form. I came back to the counter and waited for her to serve her customer for about 20mins, when in my turn, she told me in unpleasant way that I should go to another counter by turning her face to her left, as she has a lot of passport collection case to settle (she never looked up at me from the beginning till that moment) I was shocked as my queue number is under her counter but she kept me waiting and push me again to others. Therefore she changed her face in another second after I showed unsatisfied, she quickly stand up and get the form from me and pass the form to her colleague at counter number 2. Thanks to the friendly staff at counter 2 who had settled my enquiry in just 2-3 minutes. - Address: 3155 Commonwealth Ave W, #05-23/24/25/26 The Clementi Mall, Singapore 129588
