Toilet dirty Early early so many customers and very noisy like local kopitiam. Not a good place for coffee if compared to tanjung Bungah branch. There is more more better.

I may have been educated as a fan now. Thanks to ZUS good value and rather good quality coffee and services.
It is a much better option than paying 1.5 – 2X on Star*** and C**Bean kind. And it suits local needs on various promo and vouchers up for grabs.

had a great experience here! the staff were super chill and friendly, and they made me feel comfy right away. their service was a 10/10, always polite and quick to assist. i got their latte and it was so good. a great place to vibe, chill, and enjoy good coffee. definitely will be back 😀
