  1. A very nice cafe which let the customer wait more than 20 min for a cup of hot latte. And according to the ‘barista’ said, my order is not synced to their system, so they have to wait for their previous system to load the order first. And the customer service told me that my order already sent to the system, but nothing is showed in the monitor, so I don’t know where the monitor lying or what. And at the end, the customer service told me that they have ‘overwhelming orders’ under proceeding, while the funniest part is the baristas are having a really great time talking to each other and there are only two table of customers in the store. What a great company, well-managed staffs, and well-developed system they are. If you don’t mind wasting your life on waiting for nothing, you surely must try to make you order at this store. Especially if you want to gossip with the baristas as well.

  2. Zus Coffee uses good coffee beans. Their drinks r aromatic. Sweetness has to b carefully adjusted to suit our liking. Ordered matcha hojicha latte n was told it’s unsweetened yet it’s v v sweet. There r 2 cashier counter in this store, strangely. Staff have to juggle customers who order over at both counters. Am glad d staff on site was attentive to us :)) Wait time was minimal.

    Tables left dirty n uncleared in time -1* (also due to messy eaters). Staff need to juggle 2 counters, taking orders, preparing n even cleaning after messy eaters may not b easy.

    Suggestion to management, change bulky furniture to sleek ones so 6 pax capacity can b doubled for more dining pleasure? Else how to eat lasagne without proper seating? Also limit d time spent in d cafe to allow higher turnover of dine-in customers. I wld leave if I didn’t get a table…

  3. The worse customer service i had encounter, how this brand teach their staff?
    No manner at all, me and few other customer wait at the front counter and no staff bother to say wait for awhile or ask anything.
    Plus, me and my friend order by apps iced americano added with salted caramel syrup but they didn’t put the salted caramel syrup.
    When we go back to the shop they said “you didn’t stir the syrup right” with straigh face 😒
    She said that the light brown color at the bottom is the syrup, i stir 100 times also cannot lah woi, this is not my 1st time drink americano with salted caramel

  4. By “service”, I mean the app service. I saw that Nasi Lemak was available at this outlet on the app. As a fan of Nasi Lemak, I happily placed a pick-up order on the app, excited to try it out for breakfast.

    After parking and walking into the mall, I received a call from the outlet personnel informing me that Nasi Lemak was out of stock and that I needed to contact Customer Service (CS) on the app for a refund. Disappointingly, when I contacted CS, they replied that my food was in preparation. I had to explain that your outlet had told me it was out of stock.

    I had to go to the outlet and seek help from their personnel until CS replied that they would process my refund ASAP. What annoyed me was how they handle inventory control on the app. If they had updated the app with correct inventory information before allowing users to place orders, I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving into a mall, finding parking, and walking to an outlet just to find out my food was unavailable and I even needed to contact CS myself to get the refund.

    Due to time constraints, I didn’t even have time to buy other food before heading to my next destination. As a so-called tech-driven coffee shop app, you really need to do better in updating inventory information real-time. And if there is any item out-of-stock, your app should auto cancel the order and issue the refund immediately instead of requiring the user to contact CS to get back the money.

  5. Can see understaffed. There are only 2 staffs at the counter. Waiting for more than 20 minutes just to get the order.
