The clinic is clean. The Chinese lady clinic assistant is very snobbish (luckily she’s just an ordinary person. If she’s rich, gone case…you don’t believe me, you can experience it yourself) . The doctor (Dr Subra) is friendly but not helpful to my skin issue. Try to imagine , you’re at the lowest point of your life hoping that the doctor could solve your issue. When I was there, he was hardly examined me and one of the clinic assistant took a skin sample for my skin area. Then the doctor looked into the skin sample using his microscope and guess what? He told me that he doesn’t know what is the root cause of my skin issue and decided to give me an ointment. The best part is he can charge me RM75 nett for this kind of service. Just so you know, this clinic is cash term clinic (no card or qr code is allowed). I feel myself got daylight robbery.

Today I had my first visit to the Clinic and to be very honest, I had the most amazing experience with all the staffs and especially Doctor Punitha. They are very kind and attentive. The doctor ask many questions to help me on my skin and was so sweet and kind towards me. The staff was speaking in such a polite manner towards all the patients there and I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that is facing skin issues ❤️👏🏻 Thank you Dr Punitha and all the staff there for accommodating me 😍

Very bad doctors and not compassionate at all. There was one time i arrived clinic at 2.30, but the doctor on duty kicked me out said “pergi balik” cause she wanted to go out earlier leaving only the receptionist open for patient to take medication. Clinic was supposed to close at 4. So rude.

Been here 2 years ago but still wanted to leave a review because don’t want next person been through like I do. The doctor doesn’t do much. Kita tanya sepatah dia just jawab sepatah. Then I decided to go to one of clinic that have a veteran doctor at Tampin, NS. The doctor described and treated my illness far better than this “KLINIK PAKAR” can do because of his experience.
