The parcel arrived cdc kepayan on 15/11, but it was held until 17/11 and it has not been delivered yet. Even Im the first one arrived at 10am to self collect also took them forever to find it. Lousy & Bad Experience !!
My parcel has been delivered, but they asked me to go and pick it up by myself, how stupid right? You got the correct address, why don’t u send it to my place right away.. haiyaaaa , your cust pun kerja la nokk, mana sempat mahu ambil parcel di tempat kamu. This is why I chose to shop online and wait for the goods. Pls , improve your quality of work ya.
parcel arrived on 1st aug, being held then suddenly 2nd aug got text they want to send back to kl already.. why??? i keep calling them but cannot be reach.. how???
So frustrated with the service..expect to self collect reason becos package is too oversize ..what for la to pay for this service!!!

My parcel has been delivered but they ask me to collect the parcel at their place.. For what I give your my adress and pay your service but your can’t send it directly at my home.. 🙄🙄Really poor service
